Brianna is the sweetest! I’m a first time mama and haven’t had much time for myself and before I knew it, it was a year before I got my hair done or even cut! I was feeling down and my hair was really unhealthy. She was so sweet and really took her time to make me feel special. Not to mention my hair looks better than ever & I feel so much better about myself. I have really thick curly hair, and she gave me some advice on maintaining it and recommended some products for me to use. 100/10 recommend this sweet lady!

I had an awesome time with Whitney! I was a little nervous as a new client and she exceeded my expectations. My hair looks gorgeous. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I’m so happy with her work! The salon is lovely too! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend!

I always love my experience at B Monroe! I didn’t go to my usual dresser (Bri, who is perfect in every way!) due to some timing issues on my part. I was with Priscilla today and she is just fabulous!! I am loyal to my girl Bri but highly recommend Ms. Priscilla! She was kind, professional and willing to work with whatever your preferences are.

Laura was absolutely fantastic and took her time explaining each step of my haircut. I loved her product recommendations and of course loved the final product: my hair! I love Lindsey! This was my first time at this Salon and will definitely come back. It was a little pricey but I was doing a complete color change from black to blonde! But it turned out out so pretty! Even though we didn’t achieve the color perfectly she told me I could call up there and let them know and they would make another appointment to try to get that exact color for free! However the more I look at it I am completely satisfied!

One thing I get nervous about is a hairstylist cutting my hair too short. I asked them to cut *this* much off and it always ends up being 2” shorter than what I asked. Dyamond, however, asked me “how short is too short”. And when I told her I want it *this* long, she said “got it” and did just that! I was able to get rid of my split ends and keep my length! She informed me about the products they carry, but never pressured me to spending more money. My hair looked and smelled so good leaving the salon! I was very pleased

Absolutely LOVE the work Elaina does to my hair! Its always a great experience sitting in her chair! I never feel rushed in and out , and she always makes sure to talk to me through the process making sure its exactly what i want , which is great. I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Mya P. at B. Monroe Macon and I couldn't be more happy with the results! She really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and delivered the perfect cut and color. Mya is not only super skilled but also incredibly friendly and personable. She was so patient with all my questions, especially since I’m new to having my hair colored with balayage. She even told me I could contact her anytime if I had any questions or needed advice. My friends and colleagues are still talking about my big chop, and I couldn’t be more excited with how it turned out! Ashley gave me an incredible silk press! She was super gentle, and the shampoo massage was so relaxing. My roots came out perfectly straight, and my hair had the body I love. It's day two, and my hair still looks amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back to see her!

Gabby has been my hairstylist for three years now, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Finding a stylist you trust, especially someone who truly understands your hair, can be such a challenge. With my thick, Indian hair, Gabby not only brought back its health but also boosted my confidence in the process. She’s incredibly skilled and genuinely caring! Maya my hair dresser did wonderfully she was very thorough and answer any questions and concerns I had. I got a wonderful head and neck massage while getting my hair shampooed and conditioned that's always my favorite part. This is my first time here the atmosphere was nice and clean. My only issue was pricing it was a little expensive I got a haircut and colored which wasn't nothing fancy and the total came to $195. It was just a shock of course i paid it. Love my hair thank you for everything.

This is one of my favorite places to get my haircut in macon. Any time i have gone to any other salon, it feels like they rush me out the door. The girls at B.Monroe never make me feel like that, they are always friendly and ask many questions to make sure your hair looks amazing! Sam made me hair look the best its looked in months 😁

Very disappointed in my hair color experience & add on purchase. I have long hair and it normally takes 3 to 3 1/2 hours to color, cut and style. I had a younger stylist who must have been in training as it took over five hours and she had to get the help of an additional stylist. This part wasn’t a big issue except that we had to cancel dinner plans…. She’s my son’s age and felt compelled to leave a generous tip. Furthermore I allow myself to get talked into purchasing a shampoo, conditioner, and hair Mask gift set for $87. Upon thinking about everything, I realized I don’t need the shampoo and conditioner gift set… My daughter works at Sephora as a manager and I have access to excellent quality products at a good price. I attempted to return the product and was told I could only get store credit. We are leaving the area and will not be back… I’m from Austin, Texas and while it’s normal to spend approximately $400 on my hair in such a large and first class city… That is not the case in itsy-bitsy Macon, Georgia!! I reached out to management upon going to the salon to see if they could help me out… Basically everyone regurgitated the return policy. Just be sure to know what you’re buying before you do because you’ll be stuck with it! I’ve been to many salon salons over the years and all in all this was a very disappointing experience…
