Brenna is an exceptional hairdresser who has finally ended my search for the perfect stylist. Her dedication to understanding exactly what I wanted was fantastic. She took the time to really listen, ask insightful questions, and even showed me pictures to ensure we were on the same page. This attention to detail made my color turn out exactly as I wanted. Brenna's expertise with curly hair is impressive, and she provided great styling tips. Her kind and funny personality made the entire experience enjoyable. I absolutely hate the way my hair turned out the girl I had with the glasses and short hair talked way too much and was in a hurry not wanting to do the proper treatments and was more worried about talking me out of them then doing her job this was an absolute horrible experience. I paid almost $300 and walked out with tears in my eyes because how awful my hair looks. I showed her a picture if she was aware of what I wanted and it looks nothing like that. I’m so so disappointed I don’t have a lot of money I’m a student I saved up to get my hair done and this is what happens the owner or any of the staff did not care that I did not like my hair whatsoever. Never again

I love this salon! Saylor was able to get me in for a last minute haircut appointment and she did a fantastic job! The environment is fun and relaxing at the same time. Everyone I interacted with was extremely kind. Saylor mentioned she also does facials so I'll be back for that service as well.

As soon as I stepped into this gorgeous salon I knew I was in for a treat! I received the most relaxing facial from Brittany! All of the products she used smelled and felt amazing, I left with my skin glowing & feeling better than it has in a long time! Brittany gave me some great tips and product recommendations to keep my skin fresh and balanced. I will definitely be returning soon!

Brenna was amazing! She offered lots of valuable advice on caring for my curly/wavy hair and I LOVE my cut and color! Ste knows how to cut curly hair and both my husband and I have followed her from salon to salon because she’s the best! Great scheduling experience too. Highly recommend!

I recently made the switch from box coloring my hair to professional coloring services at B. Golden Salon and I wish I would have switched a long time ago! I am always happy with the way my color turns out, and my hair has literally never been healthier. Everyone in the salon is super friendly and professional. I drive from downtown specifically to get my hair done here, and it's worth it every time.

I first came to Brenna for a color correction after a bad experience at a different salon. She got me in right away and did an amazing job fixing my blonde hair color. Since then I’ve been back to have my hair cut, colored and styled with her and she is not only very talented but also kind and fun to chat with. Highly recommend!

I love getting my hair done here. The shampoo part of a hair treatment is always my favorite part, and this salon has a special room with dim lights and soft music that makes it even more relaxing! Brenna always knows how to make my hair color look fresh and natural and she gives me TONS of tips for styling my hair at home. Also, the salon does a wonderful job when you bring your children in for hair cuts :) They have fun kids capes and boosters for the chairs and I find that the adult salon environment is a little less stimulating than a typical "kids salon" which helps us all stay happy :)

I always have a great experience at H2H. They are professional and friendly. They listen to what you want and help you get the look you want. The salon is always clean. The workers are all so wonderful. I've seen Nikita each time I've gone and she is AMAZING!

Just moved to Fishers & looking for a new stylist. I walked into shop & assaulted by screams, giggling, & shouting. Was told the other stylists had free time & was coloring each other's hair. Ok, should have left then. 1 hour & 45 minutes of thinning & cutting my medium length hair, he called another stylist over because I looked like a bowl was placed on my head . She fixed the front. When done, I asked for a mirror to see back. "We don't have mirrors." I know why! When I finally got home & looked, blunt cut across the kneck instead of the layering requested (as was in the front.). If you like noisy 2 hour haircuts, this is the place for you.

There are Gremlins at work here. A 280 dollar gift birthday surprise was completely messed up through poor staff communication skills and/or management. The gift never delivered. A phone call two days later that a mistake was made In the salon's ability to follow through with the agreed upon services of providing a pleasant birthday suprise cut and style and some additional Aveda supplies was not accomplished as agreed upon. The stylist Chandler (I believe) did impress my daughter with his skill. My daughter paid for her visit and the staff when asked if it had a gift card/cetificate responded that they did not. Of course Chase Bank can provide proof that the owner of the salon had received payment said gift catd plus supplies. My eyes are wide open now. Beware of Gremlins at H2H. People's feelings and/or special events can get messed up by non-caring Gremlins that may be lurking around.

I needed a trim and was able to snag an appointment at H2H. I had never been before but likely won't be going back. I had wanted a trim and said to take off split ends. It was $60 and after the haircut I still had split ends. I messaged the salon online and never heard back. I had thought maybe they'd offer to fix it but since I didn't hear back I'm going to just go to another salon. Very disappointing!
