Not good… I’ve purchased for the 4th and last time. The first time my experience was great. The first order, I purchased 3 bundles and the tracking number was received and hair was delivered in a reasonable time. The second time, I ordered bundles, I received an email that my package was delivered and my hair was sent to the wrong address. I made a phone call and spoke to the owner and she was very accommodating after doing her investigation and mailed my order out again adding an extra bundle for the inconvenience. Both times I was impressed with the hair. The third order was a wig that took at least 6 weeks to receive. I called, texted, emailed and called again with no response from anyone. Finally, I received a tracking number and the wig arrived from CHINA! My 4th purchase was in 4/24 for 3 bundles of water wave. To date I have not received a shipment date. I’ve called, texted, emailed and called again, NO RESPONSE!!!

Brandi personally assisted with helping me to select the correct hair I needed for a particular occassion. When I ordered my product I also requested for it to be colored. I received my wig in a short amount of time and the color was beautiful. I have received so many compliments on my hair.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! For 1 the hair took two weeks to ship (came from China btw). I finally received my order and my closure is missing. I’ve called their phone 4 times and got sent to voicemail and the mailbox is full so I couldn’t even leave a message. On top of that the hair is trash and way shorter than the length I paid for. Not to mention my bundles came with frayed and see through ends. I will definitely be disputing this through my bank! Whatever you do PURCHASE YOUR HAIR ELSEWHERE!!

I attended the B Blaze Business and Marketing class and was thoroughly impressed with the information shared and the passion behind the delivery. The food was catered and everyone was attended to as if they were the only ones there. Great class highly recommend.

I purchased this hair about two weeks ago. I never received a shipping confirmation. So I was unaware of when my product would arrive. The hair arrived approximately 8 days later. The hair was shipped from China. The hair was colored (which I did not request). The hair was Jet Black. The bundles were extremely thin. At first, taking it out of the package the hair was soft. I had this hair in for only SIX DAYS and the hair sheds in CLUMPS. The hair is extremely matted, tangled, and stiff. Unfortunately, I was not able to get in contact with the merchant once I received the hair due to phone number not working or just not answering. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

The b blaze hair boutique marketing class was amazing!! filled with lots of good information from start to finish lots of gems dropped thank you so much for your insight on growing a 7 figure business I loved everything about this class it actually lit a blaze under me to get moving lol thank you again and keep applying pressure :) Also The food was deliciously prepared & catered by Chef Melly from Three Generations Food truck thank you again for an amazing experience.

DO NOT ORDER!!!!!! I ordered 4 bundles of posh 20,22,24,26. The lengths was completely shorter then average bundles. Half way down the bundle, the hair was see through, that’s how thin it was. After spending $350 on the hair, I arrived to my appointment and my beautician of five years declined installing the hair because of its poor quality. I reached out to this company via email that’s on the site, ( email wasn’t valid). First flag of being unprofessional. Then I call the store directly, it’s a cell phone. The associate answered and informed me to TEXT photos of the hair. After doing so I never heard back with a resolution and had to resolve matters with my banking branch. This company was the worst experience I’ve ever had with purchasing hair extensions.

I recently purchased a closure wig off of Brandi’s website, I will say I was extremely impressed because I was not expecting a beautiful little pink cosmetic bag that was enclose with my purchase,inside of that bag it was a cute hair clip,it was a wig band,headband to be exact, 2 deluxe wig caps and a package of eyelashes also enclosed it was a plastic comb on one end and a brush on the other end..good hair quality and I also want to add that I have purchased a 40 inch closure wig from Brandi in person and she has great professionalism with a sweet personality. I would definitely highly recommend her for your wig/bundle purchases.

Ordered 3 bundles (18 inch) on a sale. First, it's important to note that this hair ships from China. That was never disclosed anywhere on the marketing material. Second, the hair is very poor quality and thin ! You would easily need 4-5 bundles to get a voluminous install. I've had better hair from an AliExpress company. Lastly, expect to NOT be notified with tracking... and shipping takes 2+ weeks ! Unbelievable !!! The videos and promo this company offers sadly does not line up with the quality of hair the actual customers receive.

Please please read before purchasing anything from the shop. I purchased 3 -30 inch bundles and 1- frontal totaling $529.00 from b blaze the hair arrived from China (not locally). Usually when someone selling hair they are able to touch and feel their products & know exactly what they are selling. (first red flag). The hair arrived They sent me 3 -30 inch bundles and 1-FULL LACE WIG. Me being the honest woman I am I immediately sent Brandi a message explaining what happen. She ask me to bring the wig to her but instead I mailed it back to her shop located in St. Petersburg, FL. That very same day I sent a photo of the tracking number. She replied "Your frontal is on the way" no tracking number (second red flag ). I thanked her so much and even asked her was it going to arrive before May 7th which was my hair appointment before Mother's Day. She said " yes mam" I expected her to send a tracking number but NEVER EVER WOULD I HAVE THOUGHT SHE WOULD NOT SEND THE TRACKING NUMBER. I NEVER THOUGHT SHE WOULD DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS ESPECIALLY WITH HER BUSINESS BEING A WELL KNOWN PLACE FOR HAIR. So that Wednesday I texted Brandi and asked her do you have the tracking number for the frontal she said "I think so" which made me realize she NEVER HAD THE FRONTAL MAILED OFF. SHE NEVER REPLIED. (Third red flag) I went straight to UPS STORE AND SENT THE REST OF MY ORDER 3-30 INCH HAIR BUNDLES TO HER SHOP SHE HAD SENT VIA TEXT PREVIOUSLY. I CALLED MY BANK AND DISPUTED THIS TRANSACTION AND EMAILED THEM EVERYTHING TEXT MESSAGE, PICTURES AND HER PHONE NUMBERS FROM FB SO SHE CAN'T SAY OH THATS NOT ME.. The only part that really bothers me is when she sent the message saying "your frontal is on the way " she's just knew for a fact that she was never going to send my frontal AT ALL!!!! All I can say is I will never ever buy anything from this boutique again. She's very unprofessional with her customers and employees all over Facebook fighting getting in arguments because people watch videos of others peoples fb lives in her shop that she doesn't like. Kicking them out acting like she is god almighty. She also makes her employees sign a nondisclosure agreements...I'm sorry but if you have to have your employees sign this paperwork to protect you while being employed at your shop there's something wrong with you and the way you conduct yourself NOT THE SHOP. MESSY MESSY MESSY!!!!!!! ITS A NEGATIVE ZERO STAR FOR ME!!!

I gave them one star because technically they sent some type of hair my way. I ordered a 22inch water wavy curl with 180 density for $275. When I called to check on its delivery whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and I should of cancelled my order at that point. Instead (against my better judgement) I didn't and when I received the wig it wasn't the quality as described, the hair was not full or seemed like the 22inch. Both of hair stylists refused to even install that type of quality on my hair. I usually don't write reviews but do your research before ordering. I can't say everything is bad quality there as this was my first experience and I know I won't be back nor send anyone that way. Customer service didn't bother trying to help as well.

The wig I purchased here was good quality hair, but the front is definitely shorter than the back. Had I paid attention to that I would not have walked out the shop with this wig. For service, I saw Destiny. I would not recommend. My hair was incomplete. I asked for a full sew in with a closure middle part. The back had rows of braids showing on both sides. The front was so far pulled back it looked like I had no edges. And I have of healthy natural hair with all my edges. I called and asked to come back to have her finish it. She agreed. The next day she was 40 min late to our appt. I came from out of town and was highly upset at the disrespect for my time and gas. I will not be returning for anything else.

I reserved an appointment time for 330 on line as the stylist requested. I paid the reservation fee of $25 which was already taken from my account. The website clearly advertise appointments are seen first. I rushed frantically from work as to not be late. Only to find myself sitting until about 0630 (3 hours later) when the stylist was finally able to place the cap on my head and put me under the dryer. 3 hours of sitting and waiting. This is sad and extremely poor business practices. No more will I endorse or support this business or establishment. I had another appointment at 7 but had to reschedule for 730 to allow time........at least I thought. Only to find that wasn't enough either. She continued to work on people that walked in unscheduled for services But were her regulars.ut yet she continued to work on her regulars that walked in.... I realized at that point I am going to need to reschedule my next appointment because I wasn't going to make that either. And still didn't get my hair done. I left upset, and VERY DISappointef in this place of business. No...I won't be retuning! I am a great customer to have and want to be valued. My people let's try to so better, honor our appointments, treat tour customer as if you are working for them and not the other way around.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Spent 245 dollars on a wig from here and when it came in the mail it was terrible. I ordered 18 inches. The frontal is about 10 inches & the rest 18. The wig is so thin, I’ve ordered 100% density wigs that were thicker than this. And I ordered curly hair; I was sent more of a wavy texture. It looked nothing like the photos. Save your money, because now mine’s down the drain.
