The manager at my gym told me about this shop. He told me to ask for Lynette, but she was booked that day. So, I made an appointment with Erica. My hair is natural 4c. I just wanted some simple cornrows, no extensions. She was about an hour late, but she did call to let me know. So I stuck around. I'm glad I did. She did a wonderful job. I told her to do whatever she wanted, but i needed it simple, not tight, and with at least a half bang. I was going for surgery and needed something to get me thru a month of rehab. She even washed and blew my hair. It was all included. I tipped her 10 bucks for such a wonderful job. And I plan to be back very soon. I didn't take photos bc there were clients in almost all the chairs, and I didn't want them in the photos without agreeing. So just including pictures of my hair. Next time, I hope I'll have better luck. Why not 5 stars? The guy answering the phone spoke so extremely low,I could barely hear a word he was saying. I think he had to repeat every sentence he said to me. When I was finally there waiting, I saw he was a teen, which I guess is why maybe he didn't get how frustrating that is to a patron just trying to make an appointment. Between the TV, the blow dryers, and the talking, I'm not sure the reason he was basically whispering.

A wonderful young lady named Lynnesha, wash, conditioned, and two strands twist my hair, and I am very satisfied with her beautiful work etiquette. She was very attentive to my concerns, thoughts, and desire. I will be seeing her again sooner than later.

Had appt for 10 am and the salon was closed . Still it is now 11:12 and salon still closed and no one answer the phone very un professional.

Terrible Service scheduled an appointment 6 weeks in advance from last appointment just to be told that braider does not work here anymore the day of. Where has informing your cliental of any changes that occur? It's unprofessional and I can no longer support going here.

I had called this place and asked for pricing and if they were open.. They said yes. I showed up 20 min after I made the phone call and they said they were closed. All the signs said they were open and the person I had spoke with said they were open. So the lady asked what we wanted done with our hair and we told her and she said sorry were closed. What was the point of asking and we weren't gonna be taken care of. Terrible
