This was my first sessin at Awaken - the digital intake forms were easy and my session with Alexandra was just what I needed. More than most massage sessions, she led a discussion about my pain and sensitivities - I had never done cupping before. She smartly tested and increased the techniques to my comfort; the sliding cups were a very pleasant, new, sensation! I'll be back soon!

Stephanie Judge was the best. I had acupanture 3 times before but I never felt so relaxed and unstressed like this session with Stephanie. She is a good listener and she was explaining to me every particular point as she is doing the acupanture. I have slept becuase i felt so relaxed throughtout the process. Have to admit I was very skeptical about the benefits of acupuncture helping my vertigo; however, after taking a friend's advice and trying it, I have to say the professional skills, knowledge, and experience of Stephanie Judge at Awaken Wellness has allowed me to manage the "dizzies" and life is great! And whenever arithritis flares up in the hands, hips, etc. Stephanie is there to provide acupuncture relief. Oh yes, and my sinus and allergies are grateful as well. I'm a believer. Thank you, Stephanie, many times over!

I had an amazing experience here previously with the Aesthetician (shout out to Emily), and got a facial. After some time i called to book another appointment with her, and her schedule changed so i wasn’t able to rebook with her. I asked if another person was available any other day of the week and unfortunately there wasn’t, its only Emily and she only works once a week. I said disappointedly that i wont be able to come again due to scheduling. And shockingly i was told “okay” And hung up on. Apparently manners were not on the menu that day, and the lady on the phone had better things to do.

This was the best deep tissue massage for my upper back, neck, and shoulders that I have ever had. Bisrat gave three pressure levels to choose from light, medium, and firm. I chose firm - because most of my issues are deep tissue related. I feel lucky to be a patient here and lucky that Bisrat Abebe had an opening for me!

Very experienced Nutritionist, she listens to all my concerns and follow up with good recommendations for my specific health goals. The office staff are very friendly too. And fees are very reasonable. If you care about your nutrition and general well-being, please contact her. I don't write reviews often, something must really impress me to write, and this is one of those.

Very professional and friendly. Excellent results after only one treatment. Only drawback was it is very difficult to get follow on appointments because their schedules are all filled up. I had the best experience with Casey!! It’s no wonder why it is so difficult to get on her schedule. I’ll keep trying!!
