I have never been here before, I came in wanting a balayage, I had requested to have Ally and she was amazing!!! She was so nice and inviting, and did such a great job on my hair!!!! I am so happy with the results & will definitely be coming back! Also the price are really good in my opinion compared to other places!

Everybody was kind at the salon, however, all I needed was a root touch up and the person who worked on my hair lathered my scalp with bleach and missed several spots. She kindly offered to correct it which I very much appreciated but I wish there was more care put into it and it’s a job that I’ll need to pay extra for the next stylist to correct. I hate writing negative reviews but I hope this was a learning experience for them, I won’t be coming back.

Highly recommend this salon. Everyone is friendly and attentive. Great shampoo chairs that also elevate your feet and offer a relaxing shampoo experience. I also highly recommend stylist, Kelvey Fitzgerald. She is very talented, especially with color. Go check out the salon and ask for Kelvey, you won't be disappointed!

I called on February 10th to schedule an appintment for a haircut. Since there weren't many openings and I could only do Fridays or Saturdays, the appointment was scheduled for February 25th @1:00 PM. On February 25th, a few hours prior to my appointment, I was informed that the hair dresser couldn't see me anymore due to the fact that she was overbooked and also "had an arrangement". I signed the SALON AVANTI POLICIES AKNOWLEDGEMENT and also confirmed the appt. on February 23rd. Why as a business do you have your clients sign that aknowledgement after scheduling the appt. since you cannot do your job and see the clients? Why as a client I will get charged if I call a few hours prior to cancel, yet again it is perfectly normal for your employees to call and cancel my appointment last minute? I'm really dissapointed...

Stylist was very friendly….I left without getting my hair dried because it’s very thick and takes forever, but once it was dry it wasn’t really what I wanted as far as getting thinned out like so asked….still way too full and not thinned like I had gotten at previous salons, but again, that was my bad for not having it dried. I had a gift card but still thought $55 was sort of crazy for a trim and thin without any drying or styling involved. Parking is a mess, they do have free parking behind the salon but those spaces are so tight that it hardly gives you room to pull on. Ended up parking across the street in the lot where I had to pay, but it is only $1 for the hour. It was pouring so it was sort of inconvenient. Overall everyone was very nice. It just wasn’t my thing.

I cannot recommend this salon enough. I'm fairly certain the people working here are magic. This past weekend, Ali and Chloe did my hair and makeup for my wedding. For starters, it looked amazing. They worked with me to make sure it was exactly how I imagined. The most impressive part to me was how well it stayed! My hair did not move an inch all night. I was expecting that would mean it would be full of tons of bobby/hair pins, but not really. They also somehow managed all that without coating my hair in tons of hairspray. To top it all off, they were just pleasant to work with. They joked around and were friendly. All in all, they made my day so much easier. I loved working with them, and they definitely deserve all positive reviews.

Kelvey is AMAZING! She corrected my color and I can't thank her enough! She listened to all of my concerns and quickly came up with a game plan to correct it. She is easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I left the salon happier than I ever thought I would be, considering it is a color correction and that there may some limitations, but she exceeded my expectations. Would recommend her in a heartbeat! I am so happy she was recommended to me, I now have a new stylist!

A great salon with the best staff. This place is so cute and the prices are affordable, not to mention the staff is very personable. Kelvey is the best, I went to her after a botched haircut and she saved my hair. She’s so sweet and always leaves me feeling great!

Got my balayage and cut here and it was an incredible experience! They are very talented, I had their stylist ally! She took great care of my hair and even took pictures after! Walked out feeling like a million bucks and a year later my hair is still looking incredible!

Just tried making an appointment. I was told that Krista would be the best one to cut short hair but she was only in on Tuesday mornings and Thursday evenings. The first date I was given was Sept 7. When I said that was three weeks away and wanted something sooner, she suggested Aug 31. When I said I was looking for this week or next, she said how about Aug 24. Why didn't she offer that at the start??? Then they wanted a credit card to secure my appointment in case I don't show. I get it but as a first time customer, this is not a good introduction to the salon. I haven't even stepped in the door and you want to take my money. Really??
