Made appointment for 1hour facial. Technician late. Left room to get products and was gone long enough that I set timer on watch. Started when facial began. Total time including getting dressed 25 minutes 26 seconds. Technician acknowledged at check out I still had time remaining so a note placed on account I was owed additional time on next visit while trying to sell me products she had to ask receptionist what each was. Worst service ever.

Carrie is an exceptional massage therapist. She balanced relaxation and deep tissue in a way that was effective and relaxing. This girl can work her hands!! She is very knowledgeable and skilled in tension reduction and also targeted my posture. She even shared with me some exercises I can do at home to help optimize my outcome. Her passion for her clients exudes from her friendly, comfortable personality. AND I booked same day appointment which is great because I can't always plan ahead due to my work schedule! I look forward to my next massage with Avant Tous!!

I had an ultrasonic dermaplane facial by Shaelyn and I received the best service from her! She made me feel comfortable and we chatted throughout my service it was so nice! I also felt like I have new skin after and I would highly recommend it to all my girls!!

I recently received a 30-minute massage at Avant Tous in Magnolia Square. It was an excellent experience. The massage was great, the people are very kind and the atmosphere is classy and perfect. I would definetly recommend and I will be back!

We celebrated our daughter’s 6th birthday at Avant Tous in BR and it was PERFECT!! Everyone was so sweet. Cassidie was so helpful at the party and booking was so easy with Cassie! The girls had a blast!!

Alex is amazing! I was intimidated and scared of waxing but she made it a breeze and (nearly) painless. At one point I told her this wasn't nearly as uncomfortable as I thought it would be simply because she gives off this energy and personality that any person is comfortable and familiar with. She's gonna be your new best friend I swear it! Well, if you can get over the fact she's ripping hair off your body. Ha!

Got a couples massage with my best friend. We arrived early because we were new clients and had paperwork to fill out. The therapists weren’t on time, started 15 mins late, and were literally moving tables while in front of us to try to set up the room. Her therapist, Lisa, gave very little effort and was texting. Yes, texting in session! It was just all bad. Then upon checking out, they tried to charge us for the full service time even tho they shorted us 15 mins. I informed the owner and she neglected to understand how texting during a massage is totally unacceptable. Instead of rectifying the terrible service, she simply offered a small discount for the time shortage-never addressed the texting LMT. My friend hated her experience; literally walked straight out of the door while I took care of our payment. Never going back!

Nice people. Did a great job on wifes nails. BUT i ordered her the poweder dip acrylic tips with ambre style 2 tone fade well the nail artist couldnt understand my wife and didnt even know what the order was. The front desk didnt tell her. . This was a suprise i set up by the way for her to get them done well my wife is shy and when the worker couldnt even understand she wanted acrylic tips finaly they broke through that barrier but then she had no clue how to understand do the ambre 2 tone and did a random design of 4 fingers one coler and one finger on each hand a different one. It was the colors we picked but not design. My wife ended up loving the nails anyway and had a good time but this isnt what u ordered and im very upset things werent already set up for her as i made sure to the last minute as i left her there everything was ready to go at the front i paid and all. So great job TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN FRONT AND ARTIST AND ARTIST CANT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH HARDLY AT ALL

The staff at Avant Tous in general has always been so kind and very quick and responsive to my messages every time. I especially enjoyed my massage from Niesha the other day. She was very knowledgeable about my problem areas and I felt great afterwards. I will be recommending her to friends!
