Avalon sent me text while I was getting my pedicure. I have these nails on and I was suppose to click the happy face but it marked unhappy. I WAS NOT UNHAPPY WITH MY SERVICE I WAS VERY SATISFIED. Leyna is AWESOME AS ALWAYS. She is the only one I like to do my nails and pedicures. She always help me pick out something to my liking: I just wanted to correct my error with the unhappy. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HAPPY. I apologize Leyna for it marking that: my note said . I be wanting snacks and Leyna is awesome. My comment should have let it be known that the unhappy was a mistake. I just wanted to clear this up

They did an excellent job on my granddaughter's polish on both her hands and feet. Ms. Annie always does an excellent job on my nails.

I’m not the easiest person to please but I am always pleased with the service at Avalon and I’ve been going there for years. I’ve tried other places many times for various reasons but always go back to Avalon because their service is always consistently good. Good service and always with a smile.

Had a hiccup at first visit.. they called me after my survey and wanted me to come back ASAP to fix. They did such an amazing job. (Annie) I will be back and request her next time!!!

Came here as a recommendation since we were out of towners. The pedicure felt extremely rushed. Tech didn't even try to clean up the polish around the edges.

I don’t get my nails done often but I needed it for McNeese Homecoming this week. There was no wait when I got there and the receptionist was very helpful. Tina was my nail tech and she was amazing. Very sweet and quick! I was out of the nail salon in about half an hour and I was amazed at how good the prices were. I will definitely be going back!

Her attention to detail is impressive, and I always leave more than satisfied. Recently, I scheduled a mani-pedi for noon and was finished by 1:30—efficient service without sacrificing quality.
