The only place I go to get my hair cut, I normally see Christina she is absolutely amazing! But Michelle and Courtney are amazing as well! The energy in the salon is unmatched I love coming here

I'm not sure what all service this location offers, but I'm sure it's a lot, I just have no reason to inquire about them since I have no use for any of them. The location is really nice, though there is a bit of a lack of parking and seating inside. It's on the smaller side in terms of hair salons, but it is a very nice place and the stylist are very nice. In terms of price, it seems that you will get a lower price than most other places. I would definitely recommend this hair salon, and it definitely deserves 5 stars.

I came in two days ago, asked if they would be able to help me reach my goal of getting red hair. She explained to me that she will and that it will be no problem. She bleached my hair and told me that my hair will be ONE COLOR. turns out my hair is 3 different types of ORANGE and none look remotely close to the red I asked for. Yes the staff is nice but very unprofessional. Please do not lie about what you can and cannot do. Not only did I get 3 different colors of orange but i also got a lopsided haircut. Overpriced & underachieving. I would have appreciated a simple “no, we cannot do this in one session” instead of “yes! We can do that” and giving me the exact opposite and exactly what i was afraid of . Also No refund was given to me . Disappointed. There are two businesses and this is the AVALON HAIR SALON ON THE RIGHT.

Kayla did an awesome job on my highlights. She did exactly what I wanted but actually better than I imagined. Great ash blonde highlights and She was great company also!

Michelle is awesome, I really enjoy the visit for not only the cut, she has a fun personality. She is super great at listening to your needs and exceeding expectation. I never leave unhappy, and neither do my mom & sis. Go and see her for your next cut, you won't be disappointed!

I absolutely love Lindsey! She is awesome she makes sure she does what you ask for. Always friendly, smiling and she gets to know you as s person not just another customer sitting in the chair. Also, she has worked with our odd schedules and stayed late after hours and even come in late hours on the weekends to accommodate us. And, when i say us it is 3 of us. We all get cuts and color. All very different at that. Bc i go bold and different. My mom and grandmother not so bold. Lol! And, even my aunt went to Lindsay recently and was very pleased. My bold statements of hair. Ty Lindsay Cunningham! We love you!

Worst customer service I have ever had. The owner is extremely rude. For someone who depends on the reviews of clients to make money she should really check her attitude and how she speaks to clients. I know exactly which business I entered. Avalon Hair Studio.

First of all was so happy to get the appointment with debbie..my experience was amazing. The atmospher when you walk in is like home. Had a bad ombre,which I didn't even ask for from another salon. It was horrible. I'd like to say anyone who has a bad review of this shop or this lady obviously didn't have a clue what they wanted or is just hard to please no matter what..this lady knows what she is doing. I would like to post a picture of the before and after but no where to do that in this review. It was unbelievable the difference. Thank you so much debbie. See you next time. I also wanted to add that not only was debbie wonderful but I also observed another stylist while she was working with a customer and she was explaining to the lady step by step what she was doing with her hair . I thought that was very nice I know I have gotten home before and never been able to get it like the stylist did at the salon. What great customer service. I will definitly be going back. I'm pretty sure I've finally found my new stylist.
