A lovely salon very clean and comfortable too. Great coffee and they were very punctual. Took a chance since I was never there before but I had a Master Colorist who did beautiful highlights! I highly recommend their services!

This was my first time getting a cut at Aura and there was some confusion over pricing that was very unexpected. My son gets his haircut by Elsa for 50 for a wash and cut. Elsa was not working Saturday so I scheduled with Sharon. Sharon had to cancel that day and I was given the option of getting a cut with Dawn. Dawn was lovely and provided a very nice cut, but when I went to pay I was charged 70 dollars instead of 50. If there is a variance in prices for the hair cutters, I should have been told beforehand and not when I was paying for my haircut.

Aura now has an upstairs spa with facials!! Daniela gave me the best deep cleansing facial of my life, and at a great price relative to competitors in the area. Will make this a recurring service. Over the last year or so, I have developed a great relationship with Kat: I fully trust her when it comes to my eyebrows, shaping and coloring-- I rely on her consistency, knowledge and always-charming personality. And for years now Sandra is my go-to for hair (my hair is long). I change up my style often enough, and Sandra always has a vision. Also a wonderful person and mother! Great team and location. Can't forget Leanna and the supporting team... Fabulous ;)

I have been going here for 3 years and absolutely love it. I have curly hair, so it's really hard to find someone that can cut hair properly. They are not only excellent at cutting hair, but they are also professionals at hair color. Would highly recommend.

I love Aura’s Salon! I have been getting my haircuts, coloring, etc for 18 years when we moved here from Colorado. I have always been extremely pleased with their care and eeee$!!!) treatments I highly recommend all their professional hair stylists.

I took a few days to consider what I would write in this review and ensure it's a fair one based on my experience. I booked an appointment online with Janeth on Saturday, 10/28 for a bayalage, after seeing a TikTok video of her work on another client. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly and taken to the back of the salon where I would meet Janeth. We discussed what I wanted, I shared inspo photos including her own TikTok video and listened to her thoughts/advice based on my own natural hair color. We reached an agreement on what color I could achieve and we moved along. From that moment, everything went well up until Janeth's next appointment showed up. At that point (and mid-way through my hair processing), she was pulled away from me to work on her other client. Janeth was gone for quite some time, while I sat in the chair with toner or glaze in my hair. The management decided to send another stylist to check up on me and basically advise when to take off the toner/glaze, etc. I must have had 2 or 3 women looking at my hair and making comments/suggestions. I felt very discouraged because I specifically scheduled this appointment with Janeth and would have appreciated that she oversaw/did the work from start to finish. I spent almost 5 hours at this salon but mainly because Janeth was working on someone else and couldn't devote 100% of her time/attention to me. I spent a lot of time just sitting in the chair or at the washing station reading news articles on my phone while patiently waiting for her to return. Today, while I like my hair, I don't love it. It doesn't resemble a bayalage, it looks like I have highlights instead. I am not sure whether I will be returning to this salon to correct my hair based on my experience which was clearly a result of overbooking. While I did not have the best experience here, I must say that Janeth and the other ladies I spoke with were all very, very kind and treated me well. However, I paid close to $300.00 (not including tip) for a service with a specific stylist, not to spend half of my day there exchanging pleasantries with the staff. Response to the Owner: Thank you for taking the time to respond and for your willingness to provide a better experience. I received a text message asking to submit a review, but I don't have Facebook so I submitted my honest review here. I'll be sure to contact you directly to discuss further.

I went in as a new customer and asked Janeth to cut my hair short, about 6 inches off. A daunting task when you have never met the customer before but she did a great job and I have received so many compliments! The cut was exactly what I wanted!

Leticia is a master at her craft! I have know her for almost 10 yrs. Now that I live in CA she always takes special care of me, with a beautiful style, when I come home to visit! Leanna is an excellent salon manager always keeping things running smoothly, her kindness and compassion really shows and she always goes above and beyond! Thank you always Leticia and team!

This was my 1st visit and it won’t be my last. The salon was clean, the staff friendly. My haircut and style by Dawn was excellent!
