Her customer service is A++++. Facials are so relaxing and she’s very knowledgeable and informative on your skin type! 1000% recommend going to see her!

I had a facial here and it was so relaxing! Kayla was my tech, she was so sweet and explained to me what she was planning to use. I was worried because I have reactive skin, but she personalized the products accordingly and my skin was so happy! She didn’t push any treatments or products on me like some spas do, but she did suggest an add-on for next time, which I appreciated.

Kayla is the best! Been going to her on and off for some years. She is extremely talented, my lashes look absolutely amazing every time, she is fast and fantastic at what she does. I tried a few other places and the experience couldn't compare. I highly recommend her services and guarantee you will love the results. Thank you for giving my look that extra spark! 🥰🙏

Cannot say enough good things about Kiersten and Aura Beauty Spot. Very clean, beautifully decorated and professionally operated. Kiersten not only does a fabulous job with lashes, her menu of facials and options are a must try. Very soothing but, more importantly, very effective. I'm a huge fan and will definitely be back again and again and again.

I can not say enough good things about Kiersten and Kayla. Hands down best place to get your lashes done. Firstly, their spot is absolutely beautiful. So cute and clean and relaxing. I genuinely look forward to coming to get my lashes done and seeing these girls every two weeks. Kiersten is so unbelievably talented. I came to her a year and a half ago with a bunch of crazy pictures of lashes that I liked and she knew exactly what I wanted. Her work is so good, she absolutely kills it every time. My lashes look amazing and last forever. I’m obsessed. She is so skilled and knows her craft and I could not be more thankful for her ! If you want someone who does good clean work, understands exactly what you want, and truly cares about your lashes, you need to see her. 10/10 would recommend. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I was the lucky winner of a free set of lashes from Kayla of Aura Beauty Spot and must say I have found my new lash place! I live in Sarasota but had no trouble locating the business and parking was close and easy. Upon walking in I was amazed at how beautiful the business is! Impeccably clean, very classy and a very relaxing environment. The music is soothing and puts you right into “zen mode” the girls here are such gems!! Kayla was so friendly, sweet, professional, and incredibly talented. I was so relaxed I fell asleep during my appointment! When I awoke I had the most gorgeous set of full mega lashes-I opted to pay the extra to get the mega because I love very dramatic lashes haha! She nailed the look I was wanting! I’m obsessed. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking to have their lashes done. I will be back in two weeks for my fill and many more times in the future! Thank you so much Kayla!!

It was my first time here as getting eyelashes applied was a wedding gift. Kiersten is a gem!!! She is absolutely wonderful at what she does. She came in for me on a day 5hat she didn't work to help me and accommodate my schedule which I totally did not expect. She is super nice and very professional. Absolutely recommend. My lashes feel great and I've forget that they are there!!

Dishonest, disorganized and disappointing. Will never go back. Kiersten let me down on a very important occasion. Terribly irresponsible and unreliable, Also, insulting me by trying to imply that I was the one who had booked on a later date, which I didn’t do as I would be overseas on that day. Horrifically annoying and insulting. A terrible experience all around.

Kayla is absolutely AMAZING! I found her when I moved to St.Pete a little over a year ago and I’m so happy that I did because I followed her to the Aura location - I can’t imagine going anywhere else now. Kayla is friendly, funny, encouraging, and she will leave you with luscious, lasting lashes that you’ll love!

Kiersten is absolutely the best and I’m so happy she has a separate place now! She has been doing my lashes for 6 months and I never stop getting compliments on them! Even by other people who get their lashes done else where. I also just had my first facial/dermaplaning by Kiersten today and it was definitely the best one I’ve had. She was very gentle and relaxing. The best part is she did the best neck and shoulder rub I’ve had, even better than any massage therapist I’ve been to! If I was rich I would probably go like every day to start my day that way. On top of offering top tier services, she offers great customer service as well. Always responds promptly and very understanding. If you want to nap, nap. If you want to talk, Kiersten will be there. Just amazing and better than giant lash places. These two ladies know what they are doing for sure!
