Paige is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She made my curls look beautiful I don't remember ever seeing them look so beautiful. She showed me exactly how to get the same curls at home. I am definitely going back to Paige. I highly recommend her. Thank you Paige!

Snobby employ told me they were a month out for a haircut while 2 hair stylist were just sitting on a chair, why not get my kids hair cut if your next customer isn’t there yet and make a few more bucks? Gents, go to SportClips, fast and never had an issue.

Nesa was amazing. She was incredibly friendly, and she did exactly as I asked. I am growing my hair out and really taking good care of it. I hate going to salons and having them just cut all the growth off. Nesa cut what was needed. I have a LOT of thin hair, so it gets incredibly heavy, causing migraines. I always get an eye roll or "Are you sure?" When I ask to thin out my hair. Nesa didn't, and she automatically asked, "You get a lot of migraines?" I felt heard and validated. She's the best, and I wish her the best healing after her injury. Can't wait to have her back!!

I was able to schedule a same day with Ascheley on their website. She was very pleasant and kind, listening to my wants and giving me exactly the cut I wanted! If I'm being honest, she made it very liberating for me. She did a beautiful job on my pixie cut, explained to me how to take care of it, and hyped me up the whole way through. I'm so excited to have found this place, and Ascheley on my new hair journey. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who's had a "rough" time with other salons- IFYKYK! Thank you Ascheley! You're the best!

I absolutely loved my experience at Augusta Ranch Hair Studio. Nesa DuShane did an amazing job with my haircut, and my hair feels and looks so much better! The online booking was easy to navigate and I was able to select my appointment date, time and stylist with ease. Will definitely come back while I’m in Mesa.

I went to Augusta Ranch hair salon at the recommendation of my daughter who has been several times and has gotten a great cut and style. I had hair to almost my lower mid back. I told the stylist I wanted two inches off and long layers. I told her I want the shortest layer to be at my chest. Because I was I instructed to take my glasses off for the cut, I could not see what was being done. At the end of the cut and style, I was shocked to see my hair cut to my shoulders and the shortest layer right below my ear. The layers I received are very choppy and do not flow. The right side of my hair is about an inch longer than the left. She also layered the back of my hair. Overall it looks very choppy. The stylist was nice , but did not cut my hair the way I wanted. I am very disappointed in the cut that I received and will now have to wear my hair back in a pony tail until it grows back out.

I've had 2 bad haircuts in my life. The one I got at Augusta was one of them. I would have been better off going to Supercuts.

My daughter wanted what she called a "wolf cut". Looked at other salons as I figured this was somewhat of a specialty cut. However, I was also unwilling to spend $40-$50 on a haircut for an eleven year old. When I called, they told me that just about any hair care professional could do a wolf cut, so we made an appointment. Be aware that they only make appointments online, but it's nice to see available times, and they even have a countdown timer until your appointment leaving you to know what time to depart. While I'm not sure my daughter technically got a "wolf cut," she was very happy with the result, and it did look really cute on her. Additionally, the final cost, including tip, was $25. Good place for decent cuts and styling, but you may need a salon if you are seeking something specific.

Save your hair and your money! I made an appointment for full highlight and cut online, $140. The day before my appointment the stylist, Sarah, called to confirm and ask be a few questions about what I needed done. I explained to her that I am blonde and need help with my copper colored roots. I suggested low lights to help with the growth. She asked me how long my hair was because she only has two hours to set for my hair. My hair is a little longer than shoulder length. She said that low lights would be easy for complete in two hours. When I arrived and was seated in her chair, she told me she has two hours as they close at 5pm on Fridays and she wouldn't have time to trim my hair. I explained that I needed the copper color roots to go away, that was top priority. She said that low lights would help. I trusted her and her knowledge as a professional. She mixed up the color, brought over the color and foils and asked me to hand her the foil as it would make the process go quicker. After all she needed to be done by 5pm. She turned me away from the mirror, sectioned off my hair and started the process. It wasn't long and she said she was done applying color and I would need to process for 30 min. At that point I was surprised at how fast she foiled my hair. It went fast because she foiled less than half my head. She rinsed and washed my hair. I returned to her chair and was immediately disappointed. Not only was less than half my hair low lighted, the copper color was brighter and the low lights were blotchy. My hair looks terrible. She said that I would have needed a root touch up to correct the copper color. What the heck!!! Why did she just say that to start with! Then she proceeded to tell me to let my hair grow another two inched so she could better match the low lights. I paid $140, which was the price of a full head of foils and a cut!!! I was emailed a little survey from the online appointment platform. Of course I left a one star review. On the next Tuesday, Sarah called in a panic trying to make things right. She explained that I would need a bleach root retouch and then the low lights. I explained that I was only able to come in on Saturdays and she said she would make her schedule work. I told her I would think about it and get back to her. I called her back Thursday and her tone changed. She now has no availability on Saturdays until May and I would be charged extra for the corrections she needed to make to my hair. I would stay away from this place.

She took 2 hours to put highlight in my hair. I showed her a picture with bright blonde hair and she gave me an ash color. I was there for 4.5 hours. I also told her I only wanted 2 inches cut off and she cut way more than that. The salon was also very dirty. I will never be back there.

The dye that was used for my root coloring made my scalp itch so terribly....then later, after one shampoo the color (I picked black because that's what I color my hair) turned BRASSY. Not returning.

This is a nice, clean spot. I just moved to Arizona and was hoping to like this place and make it my regular spot to go to, but unfortunately, my experience there was not pleasurable. Went there and got a haircut who took forever because the stylist obviously didn't have experience with an A line haircut I wish to have, but she never said she didn't have experience. After a long time, it kind of looked ok but not at all what I showed in the picture as a reference. Later that day, I realized one side was longer than the other, so I called and I had to go back next day to try to get it fixed. One side had an angle and the other didn't, so she only needed to angle the other side, well she didn't know how and had to call a coworker stylist for help. This lady was nice and tried to fix it but she also didn't know how, because instead of angle the side that needed it, she cut everything straight and made my hair even shorter. I am not going back to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, except maybe the male community with short hair.

I found ARHS on Google and decided to give them a try. Nesa did a BEAUTIFUL job of cutting my hair. I am so pleased. It's got shape again, and it feels great! Thank you!! I'll definitely be back for my next trim.

It’s taken me years to find someone to cut my hair and not hate it. Nesa has done awesome on my last 2 cuts and so happy with her. She will be my go to forever now. Great experience both times with her!
