Kirsten made my laser treatment as comfortable as possible! She explained everything clearly and prepared me for the session. The cooling face facial mask and lovely arm massage made the initial discomfort very tolerable!

Kirstin was AMAZING! I fell asleep 3 times from how relaxed I was 😭🙏🏻 super clean, refreshing and serene space. Take advantage of their steam room and you will be absolutely set for the rest of your stay. Amazing!

I had a most relaxing facial today! I would highly recommend the collagen facial. The products used were explained, the massage of my arms, hands and feet were so stimulating. Money well spent!

I was recently gifted a massage at Atlantis and it was wonderful. I went back for a bikini wax and had a great experience. Ranjit did an amazing job! More expensive than many other places, but it was worth it!❤️

Gift card never downloaded and I emailed 2x and didn't get a response. Added Dec 14th Thanks for resolving this but perhaps you should fix your website so emails actually reach you. It is very frustrating as a customer to hear nothing for 5 days until I reached out to you. I am glad to say all is now resolved. Thankyou

I don’t even know where to start. Jenn exudes professionalism and gives a quality of service unmatched to others. My experience from start to finish was nothing but perfection. From the hot sauna, to the clean, fragrant scents, the absolute quality facial and the cherry on top being Jenn who is just a breath of fresh air and beyond kind. I can’t wait to go back and send my fiancé for a treatment as well. Best experience of my life. Thank you to Atlantis!

This is 5-star service at its best! If you are looking for a spa to get facials this place would be my go-to recommendation. I don't even live in Tsawwassen! I commute to visit this spa for my facials now. I've been seeing Kirsten exclusively (although I have heard great things about both facial staff)... Kirsten has provided consistent expertise each time I've booked with her, I never feel she is rushed, she always goes the extra mile. The spa also has a steam room that you can use prior to your facial, and the product line is also really effective. My skin is acne prone and is starting to mature, and Kirsten has the ability to address all my skin needs. My skin has greatly improved, and I can't leave the spa before booking my next apt, it's that good. Give these ladies a try at Atlantis Day Spa if you are looking to be treated like royalty at your next facial.

Very disappointed in the quality of service at this spa. As a Christmas gift for my mother, I purchased a facial and massage package on promotion that included access to the steam room. My mother later described the experience to me as "an unpleasant back rub that resulted in bruising." When she arrived at the spa, she was told she couldn't use the steam room, despite it being on the confirmation booking. She was also given the wrong massage. Instead of performing the "Luxury Massage" she was given the "Cupping Massage" that left bruises all over her body. This wasn't what we were expecting. The massage therapist canceled and altered aspects of the booking that I paid for in advance, without consultation. I find this bait-and-switch situation very unprofessional. We will not be coming back here. I reported these issues to the spa and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond to me.
