I had a very positive experience today! I absolutely love how much effort both her and her husband put into the entire experience! They want you to be comfortable and they try really hard to make sure of it. I also got a pedicure and I hadn’t had one in a long time sense having my baby and battling postpartum and they made me feel really comfortable and weren’t judgmental. I appreciate their business and I will be returning!!

I have had a wonderful experience at Mai’s salon! Mai always exceeds my expectations, and I feel so happy and relaxed after my mani/pedi. Mai and her husband are both so kind and friendly. So glad I found my regular nail salon!

This was my first time coming here. I’ve tried other nail salons in the area, and this on exceeded my expectations! Mai and her husband were so friendly! I got the dip nails, and they are so pretty! Mai her time and didn’t rush. I felt welcome and appreciated as a customer, which is very hard to find! I scheduled my next appt immediately! If you are looking for a salon where you can still get that personal touch, this is your place!

Absolutely loved this place. I went here for the first time and Mai took such good care of my nails. They look fantastic! Update: My nails cracked a lot. I scheduled my second appointment a week in advance because she was out of town. I called the day before my second appointment to make sure we still had it set, however she was still out of town and didn't tell me until I called. So therefore, I never had a second appointment. Will not be back because I should have been notified that my appointment would not be happening. I would have just shown up to an empty salon if I didn't call the day before. Found a new salon.

Best nail salon I’ve been to in CR! I went and got a pedicure and dip manicure and it was a great experience. She and her husband are such kind people and truly want to make sure you leave happy. I showed her a pic of a design for my nails and she did a fantastic job. I absolutely recommend coming here!

Best place hands down for a pedi! Worth every penny spent. I usually leave pedicures feeling slightly disappointed because I'll find little spots here and there of dead skin but not this place! 100% satisfied :) :) :)

I was visiting from out of state and needed to get my nails done. I chose Mai’s based on previous reviews. I was not disappointed. This was probably the most pleasant experience I have had in a nail salon…and the best manicure I have ever had. I will definitely return when I return to Cedar Rspids.

Mai has a very cute shop! Look for "My Salon Suites" (on the outside of the building, 3900), enter and dial 101 and the door will unlock to enter the hallway, go left and Mai's will be on your left (sliding glass door) You won't be disappointed, I guarantee!!!

I always leave Mai’s salon feeling happy☺️so creative, affordable, knows exactly what I want and what suits the occassion, and she’s very friendly and accomodating. If you want to feel home while getting yours nails done, this is the place to go! They’ve got a nice massage chair too!

I have been going to Mai’s for about a year. I have had manicures and pedicures there. I love Mai’s artistry. Sometimes I am not sure what I want and she decides for me. I am always pleased with her work. Always a pleasure to see her. She is so welcoming!

Mia was very good with how tender my fingers are. Mia was great with my daughter. My daughter is very nervous about nail care for fear of having pain, like me. Mia was really good about explaining things to her as she worked. Mia was very keen on detail as well. I highly recommend!
