The facilities are beautiful, but the service & maintenance was so-so. Once we were escorted to the locker room to change after arrival, it became clear that we were forgotten about when someone typically comes back to give you a tour of the amenities for use prior to your massage service. I went to the front desk to tell them and the woman who then toured us around seemed very put out by us and borderline rude. I also find it inconvenient that everything in the amenity area has time limit recommendations but there is only 1 clock in the whole area that you can’t hardly see from anything. I prefer an experience where someone guides you through the amenity area process so you don’t have to think about watching the clock the whole time. Much more truly relaxing in my opinion. The floor in the amenity area was also very wet, which I understand to a certain degree because it’s mostly water-based activities, but it could be more frequently dried. We saw another group of ladies with wine which was never offered to us, so hunted down an employee to ask for champagne. My masseuse, Catherine, was fabulous and so kind. I was told the music in the massage rooms was broken, so there was no music which really cut down on the relaxation of the massage when you hear every little noise.. Not at all the masseuses fault, but seems like a simple fix would be to just play music off your phone or a small portable speaker. No discount offered for the music being broken. Gratuity is built-in (20%) to your ticket as a “service fee”. I always tip generously but this struck me as odd. All in all, I think this spa has premier pricing for the market so the entire experience should reflect that in a flawlessy executed experience, which I would say mine did not meet unfortunately.

My wife and I went here for a spa day. And oh. My. Goodness. We were treated like royalty. Ariana did my facial and was absolutely amazing. Tumen did my massage and I actually fell asleep a time or two. Definitely take advantage of the steam room and needle shower. I can’t say enough great things about this place! I will for sure be back.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. My husband and I received a mediocre spa experience at best. We were not told that we needed to arrive 90 minutes early to get the full experience and when we did arrive (still 30 minutes prior to the appointment time) I was rushed through the spa tour by the team member repeatedly telling me that my husband and I should have shown up earlier to have gotten the full experience, I advised that I was never informed that we had access to other amenities or needed to be there that early. We also stated multiple times that it was our anniversary and I was told 2 times that we would have champagne prior to our massage. Which we received after with remarks of “we didn’t have time to give this to you before” I was also told that the director of the spa would call me, but of course never did. All in all the things that happened weren’t awful, the massage itself was okay, but when you are paying $380 for a couples massage it’s for the full experience, which we didn’t receive… we could have went several other places, paid less, and had a better experience.

Received a Heavenly massage from Melissa and it was phenomenal! She is incredible. The amenities were beautiful and flawless- This spa is truly perfection. I cannot wait to come back again!

What a wonderful experience the amenities were amazing .Very clean and organized.The snacks where delicious. But my all-time favorite was my massage therapist Leslie she did such an amazing job professional courteous and was always checking on me to make sure my comfort level Thanks to her I will be coming back. Periodically and shout out to her . We need more therapists like Leslie that care about your needs. Leslie Thank for my 50 Minute Conditioning Body Scrub Was perfect !

Husband and I had a wonderful visit to Astral Spa during our Anniversary trip. The facilities were impeccably designed, luxurious, and spotless. Delores was our very sweet, expertly skilled massage therapist who helped us to relax and enjoy every minute of our experience. This spa is the crown jewel of your stay in Hot Springs, AR. We are already looking forward to our next visit. **UPDATE** I wanted to come back to leave another 5 star review for the Astral Spa but I am not able to do so on google reviews so I thought I will leave an updated edit to my original. Since our initial visit we have been back FOUR times already. Each time we visit the Astral Spa it is a treat. The staff is always the utmost professional, accommodating, and courteous. Everyone from the concierge and each of the technicians we have had. Truly these people know how to take care of their guests. We are so appreciative of the amenities and the spa facilities from the treatment rooms to the lounge areas and shower/locker rooms are impeccable and luxurious every single time. Every single time we go we are so relaxed and happy when we leave, we immediately look at our calendars to determine when we can go back. My husband and I always look forward to our date weekend getaways to Oaklawn hotel and Astral Spa in Hot Springs.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of experiencing this amazing spa. From the moment we entered the beautiful facility until we left, we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The spa is amazing and they have every amenity you can imagine. I especially enjoyed the long fluffy robe and the relaxation area. We had the most wonderful facials by Sandy. She was so very kind and attentive. I will be back as soon as possible. Thank you all for such a delightful experience!

Today was my second visit to Astral Spa and it was even better than the first! The pedicure was fabulous and the massage was wonderful, but the amenities and lounges are the best part! The infrared sauna and eucalyptus steam room are unreal. Love it all and looking forward to my next visit!

we had a girls day at the spa and absolutely loved it!! the pre-service amenities were great, the girl who got us set up was super friendly. we loved the steam room and the cold room. we signed up for the heavenly massages & our girls (tracy & dolores) did an amazing job. well worth the cost & will definitely visit again!

My girlfriend and I visited Astral Spa over the New years weekend. I wish there was a sixth star I could give. Personal was so professional and excellent, and the facility was tremendous & beautiful. This was an amazing way to spend the weekend and rain in the new year.

Celebrated with friends at Astral for the first time. Had heavenly massages and afterwards enjoyed the luxurious amenities. The cold room and rain showers were followed by heated lounge chairs and exemplary service. We will definitely return.

Everything about our spa visit was superb. From the moment we entered the doors we were treated eloquently. The entire staff worked in sync and truly exemplified excellence. The gentleman at the front desk (I cannot remember his name), greeted us and ensured we were checked in and attended to. Cali, my hostess was extremely helpful and kind. We received massages from Brandi and Melissa. Both of these ladies were heaven sent. I cannot remember a time where we were treated like royalty. They delivered wonderful massages. Our pedicures were second to none. Noelle was kind, attentive and paid attention to detail. We truly enjoyed our visit. We are planning our next visit and cannot wait!

This spa is more than amazing! It is absolutely beautiful. The staff personnel are friendly and professional. I enjoyed the eucalyptus steam room and the cooling room the most. The whirlpool was a therapeutic 115 degrees. The spa lounge chairs heat up at pressure points. The Moon Cocoon treatment was 110 minutes that went by way too fast. Very relaxing yet rejuvenating. Definitely on my list to visit again while vacationing in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Girls just want to have fun!

This was probably the best spa I have ever been to. Definitely plan to spend an hour before if not after in the back room / dressing area. You will not be disappointed by the services there and the lounge. I've never had a facial be so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. My face glowed for at least a week.

Beautiful spa! We had a couples Himalayan Stone massage for our anniversary and it was wonderful. We were greeted with welcoming smiles and friendly service. They have flavored waters, tea, and snacks to enjoy. The saunas and lounge areas were clean and very relaxing. We loved our experience!

Come here for your spa services.. and when you come, come early to enjoy the steam room and sauna! What an amazing place - the best in a Arkansas for sure! The hydra facial is so worth the money and the massages make you feel like jelly! Treat yourself! You won’t regret it!!
