The massage was amazing! It was so refreshing after work. The therapist applied just the right amount of pressure to the painful areas, especially my shoulders, and I felt great. I highly recommend it and will be going back next time.

Very cosey and clean and professional. Went in with my back spasming and cramping. Did 90 minutes for $95. The massage person (Joy I believe was her name) was a smaller woman, but she put the perfect amount of pressure I needed. It hurt a bit at times, but it was a good hurt! she seemed to pay attention to my noises, adjusting pressure or paying closer attention to the knots that were really causing me pain. It was the first time I had back walking. It was perfect! The only complaint was that the face hole could have used a bit more padding, but it's not a deal breaker. Added on an $80 tip (after we were done), wish I would have given more because my back is soooooo much better! Next time!

I had some lower back issues, tightness really, nothing serious. Joy was able to work all of it out by walking on my back. It's like getting a massage AND a chiropractic adjustment in one session. I can't recommend her enough, very professional in her approach and the setting. My back and I both Thank You!

I was staying in town for 2 weeks for training for a new job and sitting in a chair all day was doing a number on my back after the first week! I googled massage spa's in the area and decided on this place, only 3 minutes from my hotel, and even though there was a slight double booking mistake that left me sitting in the waiting area for a half hour, I was so happy I found this place! The lady was very apologetic and accommodating. She gave me a very pleasant massage and complimented my tattoos and we had some light conversation. I will definitely be going back again before I leave town!

Simple relaxing music, very friendly staff, rooms are comfortable. I got an hour massage and I felt much better after. Worth the price.

The only 2 redeeming things about this establishment is that they honored my 1-hour appointment which I did make 1 week ahead AND the masseuse was friendly enough. When I arrived the person said she didn't have me scheduled and offered me a 30-minute service but I asked she honor the 1-hour appointment. I should have gone with her suggestion and had her focus on my lower half. But this was my first visit and definitely my last for any massage! Important negatives: in their bathroom you could see mold or dirt around the bathroom sink. There were no paper towels to wipe your hands after washing them. There were just hand towels scattered haphazardly. You wouldn't know if they were clean. There was no air-conditioning or fan and it was a hot and humid day. You can imagine the stuffiness of the room! The massage room and table looked like both needed a better sanitary cleaning. The massage was just okay. I've had way better! The owner replied that they are closed on Sundays. Judging from my experience (on any day as I described) wouldn't have me returning. My appointment was on Friday 7/22/2022. My experience In a nutshell... not an enticing experience to want to go back or even refer anyone there :(

With neglected I you in service I come running to this massage place with hopes to not feel much pain for once in the latter half of my life. Joy is such a great massage therapist. Today I am back to work. It's a very huge weight off me mentally not to have pain so comes!

Joy hands are majestic. The environment is homely and comfortable. Joy is very sweet and I enjoyed every second of my 30 min massage. I wished I paid for a longer duration.

Joy was so nice and friendly and her deep tissue massage was what my shoulder needed! I plan on coming again and really like that I don't have to schedule an appointment days out. If you like deep massages see Joy!!!

Unpleasant experience: the property was very cold and not inviting. Not well stocked - no paper towels in the bathroom. No sheets or blankets on the beds to cover up, just one plain white towel. Sad. We were freezing. We had a couple massage - both ladies were “chatting” loudly in their native language until I asked them to stop. I was told later that there is a heating blanket on the bed and the technician did not know. While we were looking for a Thai massage the experience was disappointing. Topped by a technician lying in stating “she is not paid. Just very little”. To extort a bigger tip after $120/ 2. This got verified by a manager watching and she apologized for lying to us - as in fact she is paid half of $60. Needless to say we don’t be back snd felt being taken advantage off

WOW an amazing massage from “May”. I have been traveling a lot these past 4 months and have come to appreciate what a quality massage can do for the health of your body. Today, I looked up massage in Grand Rapids (here on business) and luckily found my way to Tuina. I feel great and really appreciate the professionalism and quality of my massage by May. Well done.
