I would give this place a 50/10 if I could! Whether you're looking to treat yourself, improve your skin, or get beautiful brows and lashes, I highly recommend it. I started with lash services and now love their relaxing facials, with all the seasonal scents they offer, and all the effective treatments like face peels to get healthy clear skin or microneedling for hyperpigmentation and acne scars. I also do my dermaplaning, brows, and waxing here. They literally do it all. All of the providers at both the Scottsdale and Chandler location are so knowledgeable, so sweet, and really look out of you, always offering personalized product recommendations and treatments that help you achieve your skin goals. They also have great monthly deals posted on their instagram and do great events with mini services, local vendors, and giveaways. It's truly the go-to spot for all your beauty needs! I don’t want to hype it up so much, that their books get too full I can’t get in, but I have to let the ladies, and the guys too, know what an absolute gem this place is.

Will not be going back for quite a few reasons... rescheduled my appointment the same day and only gave me an option to come in 40 min after the time they texted me to reschedule. I also received a full set of lashes which the technician missed the front 4 of my lashes on one side which she said was because they were too small yet she did those lashes on my other eye. Most of my lashes have already fallen out within a week and my eyes have been very irritated for the week i have had them on due to multiple of my lashes being glued together as well as the lashes being placed too far away from my lash line. Just felt like the experience was unprofessional all together.

I’ve received a lash lift & tint from here a few times, definitely recommend they also give you a card for a chemical peel for your next visit which I thought was really nice. I’ll be going back soon

Ashley was so kind, friendly and professional, it’s nice to see young women making a successful business and empowering other young ladies like Kennedi to do the same!! They both do great lashes and I can’t wait to utilize some of the other services offered at her business

Ashley’s Beauty Lounge is INCREDIBLE!!! I have seen Ashley & Kennedi and both have gone above and beyond for me!! My natural lashes are absolutely terrible and are not easy to work with at all. The ladies at Ashley’s seem to literally work miracles, as I am always shocked at the difference when I walk out 🫣🤭 A very happy lady here for sure!!

I came for a facial because I was feeling super insecure about my skin. I left feeling hopeful that my skin will be able to get better and sooo relaxed ! Definetly making this a monthly requirement for myself !

I have been coming here for a few months now and have a monthly lash subscription. I love the way my lashes are done every time and feel like my girl (Sierra) knows exactly what I’m looking for! The environment is clean and relaxing. Definitely recommend!

Sierra is the best. I had so many compliments on my lashes. First time ever my lashes lasted 2 weeks. The place is clean & staff friendly. Thank you Sierra for making me look a little less old.

Disorganized. Rude. Made an appt and “confirmed” it. Drove 2 hours for my appt. only to be sent away with a “sorry we don’t have you in our schedule and we’re fully booked today”. The office smelled like strong cleaning chemicals. Office staff obviously doesn’t take pride in their business in trying to make things right. Glad to not be giving them my business. Consider yourself warned. Only reason I gave them a 1 is because I have to.

I have been going to ABL for over a year now. I have a monthly membership for my lash extensions, which gives me discounts on their other services. The staff is professional and personable. Ashley truly cares about her staff and clientele. And Stephanie, who does my lashes, is amazing!! I get compliments on them every day, so I am recommending them on the regular.

I am very pleased with my lashes. Selina does a fantastic job and even though I can never explain the look I want she gets my lashes perfect every time. I’m obsessed with my lashes. I don’t like the scheduling process you have to text to make changes and can’t book more than a month in advance which is hard for my schedule. Other than that!! This place is awesome.

I had such a great experience getting a Brazilian wax with Selena! She was very kind, funny, and professional all while providing fantastic results. I love their scheduling via text service as I don't have to worry about playing phone tag before I can secure an appointment at my preferred time slot. The intro Groupon offer made it a very affordable wax. Will definitely come back for all my waxing needs and maybe even other services!

I was at this place for a facial and Dermaplane , in name Of facial it was just applying a pack and taking it off , no proper facial massage at all … less than 5 mins did I get the actual facial massage , out of 60 mins what they say . Just shoulder and neck was massaged not more than 4 rounds . Absolutely not what was expected .

In this business person to person contact is not allowed I bought a group on voucher followed the instructions texted my information to request an appointment and never received a response I waited 2 weeks and then called and again never received your response and was told to text again so I texted again and 5 days later I get a response They give me the appointment and tell me to put in my email address and my full name to finalize the appointment I did that today was my appointment I walked in and they did not have me on this schedule they said that they accepted responsibility but because they didn't respond to my finalizing the appointment and then finalizing the appointment it was on the schedule you can't speak to a person you can't get ahold of a person then they ask me to come back 2 hours later after I'd already driven 20 miles When I asked him to go ahead and just reschedule their 1:30 appointment to 3:30she said she could not do that this business is not people oriented they're in it just for the money I don't care if their services are good or not human to human contact is not allowed such a sad worl

Love love love Ashley's Beauty Lounge! Been going here for nearly a decade now, and it keeps getting better every time I go. Each service provider is wonderful, the environment is accommodating and relaxing...I was even able to bring my baby in a pinch shortly after giving birth. And let me tell you about how their eyebrow services changed my life! Lol! Won't ever go anywhere else. This place is hands down the best.

Stay away! The owner here is not professional and takes no responsibility for the business. I had my eyelashes done here for about 3 months. The last time I got an eye infection and the doctor told me it was from how the lashes were applied - fans to multiple lashes which created breakage and infection. When I reached out to cancel my membership, they continued to charged my card for an extra month even though I shared with them that I politely wanted to go somewhere else, was willing to not make a big deal and why I had an issue with being a member there. They then took 15 days to get back to me. I ended up filing a compliant with the cosmetology board and submitting a dispute to my credit card company.

I have been a client of Ashley's Beauty Lounge for about 4 years. I have had nothing but positive experiences at every visit. I get the eye lash extensions and everyone that works at Ashley's Beauty Lounge is an expert in applying the extensions. They also are a pleasure to spend your time with - always very friendly and soothing. The lounge is just lovely and you immediately feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The karma is outstanding. They have the BEST membership programs. I have the express facial and dermaplane membership and pay $50 every month (which is discounted from my gym membership). Jacquelin is wonderful and has kept my skin clear and bright! Booking is super easy on the mind body app. I look forward to my appointment every month!

I could rave on and on about Ashley's Beauty Lounge. The level of service here has surpassed any other place I've ever been to. Everyone is so genuinely kind, skillful, professional, knowledgeable, I mean you name it! Every service I've had has been great, from microneedling to facials, lashes, dermaplaning, they've even provided reassurance and guidance about microblading that I had done somewhere else! If that's not enough they're accommodating to children! I've had to bring my little one along with me at the last minute and I was blown away by the level of accommodation there was for my toddler.
