You know how you wanna start crying after you get a haircut most of the time? I went here today for the first time, and I was grinning the entire time after I got the cut. The beard trim was very nice too, relaxing as well. I genuinely fell asleep. I didn't get my stylist's name, but I looked on the site, and I think it was brooke. Honestly, she did such a good job that I could've kissed her like I'm so happy with my hair right now. THANK YOUUUU

I love this salon! Everyone there is so friendly and treats everyone respectfully. I absolutely adore Brooke and she has done some absolutely amazing vivids and greys on my hair and my hair still feels healthy and happy. 100000/10 recommend

Arlo Scarlett is a very nice higher end salon. I liked everything about it, I’ll definitely be back. And Dane! What a talented hairstylist! And he’s got the rest of the package too: knowledgeable, attentive, made great appropriate suggestions, answered all my questions. Then I got the best haircut I have had in a very long time. 10 Stars 👊🏼

I received a haircut from this salon many months ago and the stylist who had me was great. She was confident in what she was doing and even told me that the salon is part of a lgbt alliance or something. The haircut she gave me lasted twice as long as it usually does. However went i went back this past week i had a new stylist. The stylist was not confident in what she was doing at all. She loudly announced that she was trying a new bleach for the first time ever on my bangs without a test strip. She kept misgendering me to the point where i had to tell her that i know i wasnt in the most masculine outfit but why would i destroy a masculine outfit with bleach and hair from the haircut. I shouldn’t have to wear a binder in a lgbt friendly salon. The worst part is that after all that money my hair is still too long. I could barely afford the hair dye and cut, but ive been wanting it for over a year and I decided to splurge for fall. I regret my choice and will not be returning to that stylist.

So here is the thing— hair is life. I’ve gotten extensions from the best influencers in the biz, in major metro cities east coast, west coast and no coast (chi town) And none of these bishes can hold Ashley’s scissors If you are lucky enough to find her and her team consider yourself blessed by the hair gods. Run to her and level Up your life. Periodt.

Very nice salon with a super awesome vibe. Dane did an amazing job of making my hair dream a reality. He explained what he was doing and took his time to make sure my hair was perfect!!! Thank you so much Dane! I will def make the 3+ hour trip to see you again. Worth every penny!!

I came to Ericka for the first time since moving to Salisbury. I was so nervous as I had used the same hair stylist since I was a teenager. She was awesome!! She listened to exactly what I wanted, and she nailed it. 5 ⭐️ I 100% recommend going here

Ashley is so great at what she does! I got a balayage and cut by her and she was so easy to work with and has the best personality too. The vibes were great too and I felt comfortable and taken care of. I love my new hair! The rest of the staff seem so sweet and talented too! thanks!!

Ericka absolutely killed this curly cut! I have been looking for a curly specialist for a while now, and she knew everything you’d need to know about your curls. She tells you what she’s doing the whole time, and the ‘why’ behind it, and gives you tips on what you should do to take the best care of your hair. Curly girls, go see Ericka at Arlo Scarlett Salon!! My SIL and best friend also go here and get their hair cut by different stylist, and they have always raved about this place. My first time going I didn't have an appointment, and was immediately welcomed by everyone. Ericka ended up giving me a haircut. I showed her what I wanted and she gave me one of the best haircuts! I've been to her 2-3 times since for trims and she is always so friendly and knowledgeable.

I wish I could leave two reviews! One for Ericka and one for Dylan! Ericka is the first hairstylist to listen to me about my hair and give me a curly cut that lets my hair live its best curly life! Her recommendations on hair products were informative, and the knowledge she shared during my cut was impressive! Dylan is one of the best waxers. As a woman, I was a little nervous about letting a man wax my eyebrows and underarms. Dylan made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. It was such a body-positive experience! I 100% trust him with any waxing needs!

Searched for a stylist for awhile to get my first cut in a long time and booked with Carly, best thing to ever happen to my hair! She makes clients feel comfortable and talks you through the process to achieve an end result you’ll be over the moon about. The salon itself is so beautiful and welcoming as well!

Ericka is Amazing!!! She is of those hair stylist that listens to you but also gives you a recommendation on what she thinks your hair type needs or can take. I have been going to her for over four years, and I honestly can say that I would not trust my hair in anyone else’s hands except hers.!! I can’t really speak for the salon, but I can speak for Corey who runs the barbershop. Corey did a fantastic job. He had great attention to detail and really asked me about what I like. He is highly recommended. I would also recommend the salon just for the fact they were friendly and valued my business! 10/10!

Ivore had me feeling like a new women Leaving my first appointment with light and airy curls! Loved that she brought out my natural curls and really made them bounce with very little product! And that head massage ?? 1000000/10 definitely recommend and I will be going back so she can do my color next!

Ivore worked wonders on my hair! My hair has a ton of damage and she wasn't scared to tackle the challenge. She was able to get my hair looking stunning and feeling soft by the end. She also came up with a game plan to keep up on it so I can grow my hair back long and healthy! Looking forward to my next appointment! ❤️
