First of all, I did alot of research to find a salon where I could fully trust my stylist, and I finally found the place. Stephanie did a great job helping me transition out of black hair which is not an easy task. Love my hair !!

I called to make a appointment for a haircut and asked if the stylist knew how to cut curly hair, the lady on the phone said yes. She did not know how to cut curly hair and now my hair is so uneven. I even gave the lady a $10 tip 😭 if you have curly hair, maybe consider elsewhere. Now I have to pay someone else to fix my hair.

I came in to get a hair cut and left crying . My hair lenth was past my bottom and when I was discussing with the stylist we had agreed that she would leave the length by my lower back and layer the rest . By the end of the cut my hair was by my bra strap upper back . I was so disappointed. While the layers and the cut look nice she did not listen to what i had asked her and what we had discussed. At no point did she show me if what she was cutting off was ok. My hair was not damaged that warranted an extra 5- 8 inches being cut off. Will not be returning which is unfortunate as it was highly rated by a friend

I went in for a basic color of burgundy. I have short medium Brown hair. They told me I'd have to do a virgin lightning and then mix up color that was gonna come out to about $250 and that was before a haircut. I informed them I couldn't afford that. They pressured me into a haircut which ended up being a total butchering of what I asked for?
