Area Nashville checks all of the boxes that are important for me regarding my personal maintenance/hygiene. The facility is clean and inviting, the staff is kind and professional, and the service is thorough and quick! I started at Area Nashville a little over a year ago for my first wax experience. Even with them having a location switch from being 10 minutes from my home to 25+ minutes away (Nashville traffic), I decided to stay true! I have new type of maintenance/upkeep and Area Nashville is a big part of that! I always do a full body wax (armpits, full leg, full butt & Brazilian) and leave feeling brand new! My skin has lightened tremendously in those areas and I went from needing maintenance every 4 weeks to now about every 5! Area Nashville is a great place to put your trust. I 100% recommend!

Jaz is awesome!! I have never been waxed before, and I was very nervous. She made the experience very comfortable. I wasn't at all embarrassed like I thought I would be getting a Brazilian. It went very fast also. I was out of there in no time. The place was super clean and the prices were affordable. Highly recommend!

I love this place! I’m new to Nashville and wouldn’t choose any other place to go. They are clean, fast, friendly, and professional! They do great work without hitting your pockets too hard.(great prices). I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience quality and adequate service!

This past weekend I got my first Brazilian wax. 😁 I was nervous but more excited for the results. I had played with the thought of getting waxed for months now. Jaz was and is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She took her time and made me feel very comfortable. The environment was nice and clean. I totally recommend. I live out of state and yes when I leave it's going to be sad because I can't take them with me😭😭😭. I'm spoiled now 😂.

I had a great experience here with Jayla! I got full legs and Brazilian wax with her. She was very friendly, attentive, quick and helped manage the pain with her techniques! She made me feel very comfortable to ask questions. Jayla was amazing and made this experience much easier for me. P.S. this is the cleanest wax I've ever had! The front desk employee was very sweet and helpful too. Thank you guys!

I literally came from Huntsville with no idea of where to go but Jaz took amazing care of me. I have been getting services for over 7 years and this was the first appointment where someone was super attentive to my needs and just absolutely a pleasure as a professional esthetician. Area Nashville has the best staff, all staff members that I've had an encounter with has been wonderful very friendly very attentive to your needs they all have went over and beyond my expectations to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with any service that I've had done the receptionist always give me a warm friendly welcoming anytime I've ever called or came in for any services. HEALTH HAZARD WARNING SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!! Absolutely unprofessional black owned establishment I paid for my wife’s wax and she was highly disappointed with the customer service and very upset about the unprofessionalism and lack of empathy when it came to her being in pain. The lady that waxed her made a very rude and inappropriate comment on her hair and completely body shamed her. My wife also caught an infection due to the unclean environment. NEVER GO HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This was my first experience with a Brazilian wax and Delma not only did a fantastic job but also made me feel extremely comfortable and was very kind. Will be coming back again as this was the best first experience possible!

this place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE please do not go here. And it is Blacked owned and the treated me another black women like a piece of trash. I had to be seen because I had gotten a bacterial infection down there from their establishment.

I have gone here for years and as a black owned business I am always so pleased with my service! Jaz is absolutely phenomenal! She is quick, efficient, and if i’ve ever had any issues she was quick to acknowledge it and fix it with no issues. The girls are very personable and you can tell that they truly care about what they do. Everyone who’s ever serviced me has made me feel comfortable to speak freely! Very clean as well! Really disappointed in Area. I have been a long time client since 2021. I have never had any issues with them BUT today however I am dog sick with Flu. Unfortunately I had to reschedule my appointment. Called  in which clearly I sound sick. Apparently I had to plead that. Once I saw that I had a $25 no show fee.. I called back for clarification and it was stated to me someone else could have had that spot.. this business obviously JUST cares about the dollar amount versus it's clients. This is NOT how you retain customers. Black owned places truly lack good customer service and retention.
