As a 60+ yo woman, my brows, lashes and crown hair have thinned out horribly. Ashley has been doing a GREAT JOB on my lashes for years and we talk about microblading my pretty much non-existent brows at every appointment. Recently I cut and darkened my hair and we agreed...now was the time to do my brows to go with my new look!! For my birthday gift to myself I took the jump and am so glad I did. They truly are beautiful and they make me appear younger by beautifying my face. So So SOOO happy we finally DID IT!! Thank you Ashley!! (PS: the shop, the brow area, and the equipment were top notch and cleaned according to health regulations. As a lover of tattoos, cleanliness is a must and Arch is over and above.)

I had the powder brow service done with Ashley. She was very personable and warm from the time I first inquired about the service. And she did an amazing job, I am so pleased with the results. She was precise, and explained everything. It came out perfect! 😍

I recently visited for eyebrow threading and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The technician was quick and lacked precision, which resulted in my eyebrow hairs being cut into uneven lengths. Additionally, many hairs around my eyebrows were missed. Although I could have asked for a touch-up, I didn't feel comfortable letting the same technician work on my brows again as it was clear that they in fact needed a touch up. My boyfriend had a much better experience with the same technician—she was thorough and friendly with him. Quality might vary depending on the client. Overall, I hope this feedback helps improve the consistency and quality of service at this salon.

I made an appointment with Marlene for a highlight, lowlight and trim for my hair. Marlene took the time to listen to what I wanted and executed it perfectly! She was attentive, gentle, and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable and very welcome in her chair. I left the salon happier than I had expected! My hair looked beautiful, and the contrast and definition between the highlight and lowlight was on point. She has many years of experience and it shows through her attention to detail. You can tell she takes pride in her work and loves what she does. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 💇‍♀️💁‍♀️

Marlene has been doing my hair for about 15 years now! She's the only person I allow. She's honest and so helpful. I'm always so indecisive of what I want and She's right there with the "I think we should try this" or "I think this would look best" She's always great with conversations and it's like a therapist! Not only does she do my hair She's also been doing my waxes as well! 10/10 recommended! Book the appointment 😀

Marlene has been doing not only my hair but all 3 of my girls hair for over 15 years. She is the absolute best with highlights and lowlights, regular cuts, blow outs, straightening and anything else you may need. She is definitely one of the best!!!

I usually get my eye brows done from two different ladies and they're both great. Quick and efficient service. I'd like to go back there for other services in the future as well. The lady who is absolutely delightful - I think her name is Devy - is always professional and friendly, and always ensures that I'm satisfied with the way my eyebrows are before I leave.
