Went for tinting. Asked for brown and walked away with blonde. The right thing to do would be to fix it or not make someone pay for something they have go to home and fix.

I have had a good experience in Southaven in the past, so this is why I decided to go back. This time, instead of giving me an arch, my eyebrows look like two half circles. Awful. I never would have thought to tell her I wanted them arched since the name of the business is literally arch to arch. Now I have to wait for them to grow back. I will never go back again.

There was only one person available to arch my brows when I entered and she didn't look familiar. She talked on the phone all while arching my brows. I tried to tell her about an issue with my right brow and she kept saying, "okay, I know". Needless to say, I was disappointed with the outcome, and it barely looked like I'd had them done.

I been going here for years and was never disappointed but today me and my daughter went to get our eyebrows cleaned up. She gave us shoestring fries for eyebrows, so disappointed.😭 we take family portraits Saturday and the only reason I gave a star was to comment.

I went to arch 2 arch yesterday the one in Southaven and OMG I had A terrible experience I specifically told the lady don’t thread my brows thin. She did the exact opposite one brow shorter then the other shorter one had more hair then the longer one I’m just not going back anymore most definitely going somewhere else
