Got my eyebrows threaded here and they are so horrible. I walked in wanting to laminate them because they are already thin but she wanted to charge $75 when I was previously told $45. Then she proceeded to give me the most crooked thinnest brows I’ve ever had. I will never come back.

I absolutely love coming to Arch 2 Arch. This is my fourth time going in to have my eyebrows threaded. Mona did an amazing job on my brows. Not only is her customer service amazing, but she is also very thorough. Always asking if I was okay throughout the process and somehow being done within less than 3 minutes. It wasn’t painful at all! Can’t wait to come in again!

My friend and I came here she was going to get the lash extensions and the service was very good because they recommended to get one by one lash since she was having a wedding. So that made us feel like they care for the customer satisfaction.

I was very disappointed! My best friend and I stopped by and got our eyebrows threaded. She did my friend's first and my friend was not happy. She asked her to removed some on a specific area and she insisted that they looked fine that it was just her eyebrows were shaped. I should have just not done mine at that point but decided to giver her the benefit of the doubt. I told her I did not want them thin, just cleaned up. Well she left one thin and one thick and ome shorter at the end. I told her and she said my eyebrows were fine. And thats its a result of using tweezer because it was bad to use tweezers . She even got offended when i asked her why? She made it seem like i wasbreakung a law by using tweezers. I didn't want her to even try fixing them. Very bad service!!! Long story short dont go here!

Ana was amazing! I came in for a threading and she suggested getting my brows tinted. I was a bit nervous but I'm so glad I did it! My brows, usually very blonde, are a perfect light tone, full and really well shaped and the look so natural!! Thank you Ana!!!

I asked to have my eyebrows cleaned, ‘please remove’ just stray hairs. The lady literally took off half my eyebrows and made them crooked. I’ve had bad service there before,but this is it. They can keep the rest of the package I bought. Don’t go!

I got my eyebrows done here and that was fine. But, they will sell you everything so they kept pressuring on a lash lift and tint special they had so I budged. Paid $80 and she told me it would take 20 minutes. 50 minutes later...I paid and left. Took care of the lashes like they said and I've done them before at other places so I already knew how to care for them. Two days later after I could finally wash them I saw they hadn't curled much. I called to see if I could get them redone. They did, and that was another 45 minutes of my time. They blamed it on me not using their lash serum..which I ended up buying. Took the same care and added the serum when they told me to. Nothing. They were pretty much the same as the first time. So after $80 for the service, plus idk how much in tip, $25 for the serum, and an hour and a half of wasted time I got the tiniest bit of a lift. Like i said I've done this process before so i know how good they can look. I have long lashes. I didn't bother calling again I hate wasting my time. This picture is my eyelashes after two sessions!! Don't waste your money.

I had a lash lift done yesterday because my threading lady, I never learned her name, was extremely persistent with me getting it done. Her persistence gave me the impression that she was apt for the job however, after it was over, my lashes were stiff, has dried glue stuck in them, and my left lashes were nowhere near curled. I could tell she was having complications mid way because she called another lady over to take a look, and they talked for a bit but she never stopped to explain to me what was going on. If she had just explained to me her difficulties then I would've sympathised and understood, but no, I had to realise after the fact. I still paid and didn't complain because all of them are kind and respectful but if your going to be persistent on your clients getting procedure done, you better make sure that the results will be up to par. thank you.

I just received the Dermaplane treatment from Zahra and I am so happy with the results. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. I love that they educate you on the entire process of the treatment. They have a great deal when you purchase multiple treatments. Coming back in 3 weeks!

I’ve been here quite a few times over the last year for eyebrow threading and tinting because it’s very close to my work. They were okay, but seemed to have a revolving door of employees. I went a few days ago and it went horribly. It hurt much worse than usual during the threading (which I now realize is because she pulled a lot of my skin off) my brows came out extremely uneven with patches in the front missing and no clean up at the tail end. When the tint didn’t take the owner only charged me for the threading as well as the $22 dried out pomade that I had to buy so I could fix my brows in my car before going back into the office. There have been a few ladies who have worked there that have done an awesome job- but no one ever stays. I would absolutely advise against this establishment for your eyebrows. Mine still hurt and now have ingrown and scabs as well as no tint and no shape😐

Love this place! Every time I come the staff remembers me and treats me so well, my personal favorite is Ana! The manager is also very welcoming and is excellent at doing many services. They offer so many services other than threading. I come at least once a month and love trying a different service each time. I highly recommend all of their facials as well as their Henna!

hi ! i’m giving this place only 1 star and my reason for that is because i came to get my lashes done ( lash extensions) yesterday and i woke up this morning to my lashes falling out. other than that the place is very therapeutic and nice but i just feel like i kinda wasted my money on getting my lashes done there.
