They never answer to the phone!

Very disappointed in my service today and won’t be returning after being a regular for 4 years. Today I came in as a walk in as I usually do and was seated in the black chair as the tech was getting ready to help me. The business was empty and I was about to get my eyebrows done as I normally do. The eyebrow tech was about to thread my eyebrows when a rude middle aged woman with blonde hair came in and said she had a 1 o’clock appointment for both her and her daughter. It was already 1:07 so SHE was late, yet the tech made ME move out of my chair so the rude old blonde woman and her daughter could be serviced even though I was there first. I felt disrespected and as if the rude blonde lady was prioritized over me because she was pushy and the tech treated me less than by making ME move. It was not my fault that the woman was late and she should have been told to wait while I was serviced (one person) for not being there on time. Instead they wanted ME to wait on two people. I will sadly not be returning after being a loyal customer for 4 years and found a new place which seated me promptly and treated me respectfully. Not a way to treat your regulars.

I moved to Santa Clarita about 2 years ago and I randomly found this place. I am so glad I did, they are very nice and clean with great prices. My eyebrows always look fantastic when I get them threden at Apara. I hight recommend this place.

Inexpensive and quick but the lady that normally does my wife's eyebrows wasn't there, so the other lady that works there did them....and she cut my wife's eyelid 3 times right before we went on a trip! Of course we were upset because we go here so she can look her best, not like she got inna fight with a cat. Not a bad place just need them to care for each client.

Some of the ladies that work here need to improve their customer service skills. They don't greet you when you walk in and get annoyed when you try to explain how you want something to look or something done. Unfortunately they are the closest shop to me but I would gladly take my business elsewhere.

I started coming here recently after my old threading place closed down, and am so glad I found this gem! The lady that works there is so sweet and does an amazing job on my brows. Also a great location with plenty of parking. Definitely make an appointment in advance, but I highly recommend this place for threading!

Absolutely amazing service, I loved how my eyebrows came out! I usually drive half an hour elsewhere to get my eyebrows done, but I stumbled upon this place and was not disappointed. I will definitely be coming back, thank you!!

I love coming here. Khushbu is so fast, detailed oriented, and friendly. I love how my eyebrows always come out. Prices are reasonable.

Looking for a new brow place in a new city can be pretty scary... Thankfully Khushbu was very sweet, took me in right away and did a wonderful job preserving my brow shape. 👌 I've already got my next appt booked 😉 OH, AND THEY HAVE A LOYALTY PROGRAM! 2022 Update: loyal customer ever since. 🥰

The staff here are always kind and welcoming, whether or not the store is busy. I get my eyebrows threaded so well and so quickly every time. Their prices are also affordable, especially compared to other places that take longer and are not as warm to their customers. Thank you!

This is my always eyebrow place because I get what I pay for and I'm satisfied each time. It's best to make an appointment (but be on time) because this shop accepts walk-ins and these ladies rightfully earn their money. If you're late you might have to wait alittle, but it's worth it😉. The shop is always clean, the prices are pretty typical and the staff is kind. I recommend this business for your threading needs.
