My facial was ok. I feel that she missed an opportunity to make me feel more relaxed by not giving a hand and shoulder massage during the time that she left me alone while the mask was on my face. It was 5-10 minutes just laying there. And the actual facial massage was too short. I think she was very knowledgeable about skin but I wanted a more pampering and relaxing experience. I also don’t love when aestheticians push products on you as you are leaving. I don’t have $100 to spend on a facial moisturizer. I would not go back if I was looking for a relaxing and pampering facial.

I absolutely recommend Robin! She is incredibly knowledgeable about skin, professional, and kind. My boyfriend gave me a gift certificate to the spa for our anniversary and I had a wonderful experience! I really appreciate Robin.

Apropos Day Spa went above and beyond to cater to my and my husbands needs during a recent visit to their salon. My husband required a special accommodation request from the staff at Apropos- he required no lotions, oils, or creams. Many places will not offer a service to accommodate to this need, as they are afraid of burning the skin without a gliding lotion/oil. Upon contacting Apropos and getting in touch with a massage therapist, we were able to set up an appointment that would accommodate to his request. His massage therapist did a 2 hour massage, alternating various techniques that do not require oils/lotions (stretching, scalp massage, hot stones). We were very satisfied with our overall experience at Apropos and were very grateful the staff took our needs into consideration and accommodated/catered to us. Everyone at the salon was over the top friendly and we left relaxed and satisfied. We would definitely recommend Apropos to others and will certainly be scheduling an appointment with them again the next time we travel to Nashville!!

Incredible experience! Staff was very friendly and inviting as soon as we walked in. This was me and my husbands first spa experience and we will definitely be back. Lily did our aromatherapy massages and she was so sweet. And my brow wax and tint is very natural and beautiful. Although I didn't catch the woman's name of who did it she was amazing. Nothing but good things to say about this place. The spa is clean,smells great and is the perfect spa setting. Loved it!

I love going to Apropos as my experience there is always wonderful and relaxing! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have had various treatments at and purchased numerous products from the spa all of which made a noticeable difference in how clean and healthy my skin looks and feels.
