I’ve been a loyal customer at this nail salon for about 8 months, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I went in for a refill and to fix a broken nail, and unfortunately, not only did they fail to fix the broken nail (it was still split across the middle), but I also ended up paying over $100 for subpar service. I asked for the same design I had previously, but instead, the technician did her own thing, and the result was sloppy and not at all what I asked for. I am very frustrated and expect either my nail to be fixed properly or a refund. This experience has completely turned me off from returning as a satisfied customer. I’m pissed.

My nails came out awful. I can tell they aren’t experienced. RUSHES through nail sets manicures everything. I have a nail that is quite literally crooked and the design is so bad. I’m going back to my old nail place. I am disappointed to the point i’m disgusted. Sweet people but not enough knowing this is a NAIL place and that is the service i’m trying to get done.

Had a good experience at first. Was very welcoming when you first came in. I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my toenails to be painted. She just glanced at it and said I’ll try. I didn’t think it would be super hard because it was just a pink with silver glitter tips and glitter over the pink. I also told her that I wanted my toenails to be shaped square and super straight. Which I have a problem with that at almost every salon I go to, they love to round them off. She only did my big toe that way and rounded the other toenails. She also asked if I wanted my feet to be buffed use the grader or both. I told her both and she just buffed my feet. I work construction so I get calluses on my big toe from my boots, she did not try to fix it at all. I’ve never went anywhere to where they didn’t try to get it off. My feet still feel just as rough as I went in there. I told her that there was glitter tips and glitter that covered the whole nail she still proceeded to leave the silver tips and then put the clear coat. I told her I didn’t like the way she painted them because she didn’t put the glitter over all of it like I asked. She got attitude and started taking everything off then started speaking in her language to the other lady and they were going back and forth and the lady finally asked me what color I wanted. When I had already showed them both the picture. After painting my nails she got up and left and let some other guy finish the rest of the pedicure. Then when I go to pay, they charged me $66 when it was a $40 pedi with $10 gel. Waste of gas, time, and money. I should have just made that hr trip to Lake Charles. I will not go anywhere except Majestic Nails & Spa in Lake Charles from now on.

Don’t waste your money. My nails are super un-even. All of them are different lengths, crooked and some of them have bubbles. Worst nail experience I’ve probably ever had.

I’m getting married in 2 days. Went in Apple nails unsure of a color for my nails. I decided on a white pearl, she said no that would not look good, do French cut. I didn’t want French cut , so I told her just do powder pink color. She left huge streaks on the gel and said my nails were rippled and that couldn’t be avoided! I knew she was lying as they smooth it out with the tool. I told her to take it off, I didn’t like it , I was very nice. She escorted me to the register, didn’t offer to fix it or redo it and charged me 35$! Went to K nails and she did white color with pink undertones with a pearl glaze in 15 minutes and charged me 25$!! Avoid Apple Nails!!!

Great customer service, only disclaimer would be the price. But I did love the atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly, and made sure to say “Hello” when I walked in.

Got our nails done here at Apple Nails… one plain pink powder set and one white powder set with one heart on each ring finger. The total came out to $116. Our sets do not even look worth such an amount of money. The pink set has indentations when looked at from a certain angle and the hearts from the white set are quite sloppy. There was indeed a welcoming and calm atmosphere. However, we will not come back to this spa.

Had an awesome experience! Came in with my 7 year old for Mani Pedis, the staff was super friendly, the place was very nice and clean. You could tell they follow proper hygiene practices. They were super patient and kind to my daughter who was asking questions the whole time. I will definitely be back!

Highly disappointed. I usually go somewhere else to get my nails done, but I decided to go to Apple nails. I showed the guy the picture of what I wanted and he said ok. Once he began painting my nails different from the picture, I immediately told him that’s not want I wanted. I showed him the picture AGAIN and he said “why didn’t you tell me” as if I didn’t show him a picture when we first started. He huffed and puffed several times after that, but I ignored it. He asked what else I wanted on my nails and I showed him two pictures. He said “I can’t do that.” After him giving me too much attitude for his mistake, I decided to leave without having any of the designs I originally wanted and I had to pay for something that I didn’t even want. I will never go back here.

I just started getting my nails done again and I went to apple nails for the full set and later for a refill so my next refill I go in and the lady doing my nails didn't even say anything the lady next to her seen the fungus on my nail and said water must have gotten under my nail bc it couldn't have been their fault first of all if the lady doing my nails would have brought that to my attention I would have just gotten them removed but it was too late and I was charged for the full refill and I chose to get the one nail removed this place is ridiculous I will never go back!

I know my toes are hideous lol. This place is very nice and clean. They have a foot rest on the Pedicure chairs (in the last photo). My toes are very neat! I will definitely be a returning customer. K Nails lost a customer and Apple Nails gained 3.

I've been looking for a good nail salon in the area. After my visit here, I will continue my search! I had 2 people take off me, 1 for mani and 1 for pedi. The pedicure was good and the tech was too. However, the dip and manicure was no good, neither was her service nor her listening skills! She wouldn't listen to how I like my nails done, she was rude and it only lasted 3 days before lifting on the edges of all my nails. I would NOT recommend or suggest this place to anyone! Prices are too high for such rude and poor service!! Dont waste your time or money here!!

The staff are very friendly. But some times they are just only for getting more clients, than do a great job specially the lady (the older one). I went in the morning, at lunch, at the afternoon and all the time it's the same. She's not paying attention and nails are twisted, the gel a disasters and most of the time she's looking for the door than to our nails. And it's 3 of us that came together. The other one works great!

They are always polite and very efficient. When I went Friday they were bussy I was in there in after 11 and there was about 3 people ahead of me..Got a pedicure and dip nails and I was out by 215..and people were still coming.

The acrylics instantly had bubbles in them and grew out fast. I got my toes done and the gel instantly came off. Will not be going back

They re-did my nails after MT nails did mine so bad that I wanted to cry. Salon is super nice, multiple chairs, music, and just an overall good vibe from them.

They were very quick to get us started on pedicures and were very friendly. Both my daughter and I had a Deluxe pedicure and they did a phenomenal job. The hot towel and stone massage was very relaxing and did not feel rushed like other places.I will definitely be going back.!

Definitely go here! I always go to the older woman who owns the shop and she is always so patient & sweet. She takes her times with my designs and I’m also so happy with my nails! Her and her husband are literally the sweetest nail salon owners I’ve ever met. They have never once made me feel uncomfortable like the other salons in leesville have made me feel. The other ones always consist of drama, feeling like they are talking about you, and constantly feeling like if you ask for anything extra you are a problem. The salon is very clean and nice. I never wait long to get my nails done either and even if I do it’s honestly so worth it. I’ve been to almost every other salon in town and have ended up with some very wonky nail designs that just fall off within 2 weeks or break so easily. I love it at apple nails no doubt ❤️

Got a full set. There were a few people there at the time but no wait at all. The lady that did my nails was very kind and did a great job! My total was $55, which is cheaper than other nail salons in the area. Will definitely be back!

I have been here twice and I will definitely go back a third time. Friendly staff, clean facility, and I think she did amazing on my nails. They look exactly how I wanted them to, and the color is even better than I had hoped, both times. The first time I went, I took my daughter in for her very first manicure ever, no acrylics. She had just recently had a minor abdominal operation, and the girl doing her nails was just so patient and kept offering to get her a pillow for her stomach. I highly recommend them, and they're cheaper than I thought they would be.

I'm new to the area and was looking for my new "go to shop" and I found it here. The lady did a great job!!! My nails came out exactly how I wanted and the place has a clean, nice atmosphere!!! Would definitely recommend!!!Staff is real friendly! Glad I took a chance on them!

I recently went in to have an acrylic fill and a color change. Luckily there was no wait time, so credit where credit is due, but other than that I had a really poor experience. After removing my gel polish on my previous manicure, the nail tech who worked with me determines that it’s time for a new acrylic set and, without asking me, proceeds to tear my old acrylics off without even soaking my nails in acetone first. I should have stopped her there, because it was likely unsafe for me to put on a new set of acrylics after that, but I was in a time crunch so I needed to get back to work. Some of the acrylics she ripped off weren’t too bad, but quite a few of them hurt to take off and I could see redness underneath the natural nail that was left. To make matters worse, the tech didn’t ask if I wanted a new set of acrylics put on, she just did it without asking which added $30 to the price I was expecting to pay. Obviously I paid it and left a tip because I believe in tipping people for services they provide, but I was THOROUGHLY unhappy with how she did . The color wasn’t what. I thought it was going to look like either, but at the point where I noticed I didn’t have time for her to change the colors. That in itself isn’t the nail techs fault. However, all these things put together, I would not recommend Apple nails and I will not be back.
