Tommy was amazing. He is very intuitive with the body and investigative when it comes to finding what needs to be worked on and what areas are doing in the body. So much more productive for me than just a typical spa massage. He is very intentional and you can tell he genuinely cares and is educated. He felt extremely safe as well- being a woman that’s important to me. Can’t say enough good, 10/10 recommend.

Great, relaxing set-up. I came in with a plethora of problem areas and left with most of them resolved. Patricio was was friendly and personable. He had a keen sense for detecting the areas that needed most attention, and would adjust as I asked him to. He has a good gauge of using strength vs technique, which some therapists I've gone to struggle to find a balance with. I got the 2 hour massage and could have gone for 3 if that was realistic.

My first time here was AMAZING. I saw Ryan Caswell and at first I was skeptical because I’ve been through so many different massages. I’ve had great and really bad experiences & this one by far was the best massage experience I’ve had. We did the two hour massage with the cupping and the CBD treatment. Ryan was very thorough with my needs and stuck to the game plan that we set up before we got started. I left feeling rejuvenated and a lot more mobility. I’ve booked for 2 weeks already.

One of best massages I've ever had. I want to start by saying I felt very confident and so comfortable with Ryan. We chatted about my needs and he explained to me what he was going to do for me and help relieve any pain that i have. I have been a hairdresser for about 15 years and I am on my feet for sometimes 12 hour days and get a lot of lower back pain and not to mention achy forearms and hands. Carple tunnel really sucks. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and why. To me that screams he is knowledgeable and educated in what he does. My arm and hand massage was worth it. I wished I schedule at least a 90 min massage. I could be on that table all day. I feel so much better after our session. I didn't realize how bad they were. I definitely recommend Apex for anyone. I booked a 90 min for next time. Looking forward to it. Treat yourself, you'll be happy you did.

Partricio was incredible! He discussed my trouble points, he asked questions to understand my history, he offered REAL solutions to pain i had struggled with for a month! Tommy was incredible. I woke up with lower back pain the day before traveling to Asia, and was worried about my 15hrs of flying while already sore. Not only did Tommy target where the pain was stemming from, but he also spent time going over stretches for me to do during my travels. I left the appointment feeling relieved physically and mentally. I would recommend him 100%.

I booked with Callie and it was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable and skilled. She met my massage expectations/goals which included lots of deep tissue work. I wasn't too relaxed during it but afterward I felt increased mobility, less pain, and super relaxed. The bathroom situation was kind of inconvenient but it was fine.

I came to Apex yesterday due to significant back and shoulder pain. A friend had recommended Apex, and I was excited to find that I could book a next-day appointment. Patricio listened carefully to my concerns and worked meticulously on my problem areas while still providing a full-body massage. I experienced immediate relief afterward. I had booked 1.5 hours, but next time I’ll book two because it was that incredible. I also appreciated that after the massage, Patricio took the time to explain what we worked on and why. I can’t wait to rebook!

Sheyd is amazing! Started going to her a couple months ago for some back pain. We sat down and talked about what was going on and for her to have an understanding. She explains what your body is doing and why also what to help prevent that. I would recommend her if you’re looking for someone who will help explain and also leave you with your muscles so relaxed!

I had my first appointment with Jayk and he made recommendations for a first treatment that targeted my areas of concern. We discussed treatment goals and modalities -- Jayk is thoughtful, insightful, and patient. Within an hour of the treatment, I realized that I was feeling deep relief - that will last! I am confident that Apex will help me minimize pain, improve range of motion, and stay active skiing, biking, hiking .. and anything else I want to do! The place of business is clean, thoughtfully designed, and parking was a breeze!

My experience at Apex was extraordinary. Being new to massage, Jayk took time to listen to the issues I was having and developed an effective treatment plan for the critical areas that had been limiting my movement and causing discomfort for years. In one single treatment I was able to look over my shoulder 20% further, we increased range of motion/strength in my shoulders and and the experience left me with an overall relaxed feeling. I will recommend apex to all my friends and family.

Had a 2 hour deep tissue massage plus cupping and scraping with Patricio. The massage was worth every penny. The cupping and scraping add ons were an even better deal. And Patricio was very skilled and knowledgeable in his trade, even answering my questions as we went. 5/5 stars for sure

Patricio was quite literally heaven sent. Western medicine can fail a patient in many ways (like they did me). I started researching myofascial release, cupping, and scraping and came to Apex because of their customer service. I’m so grateful I did. Jayk was responsive to any question I had. He even responded later in the evenings and weekends to ensure I was cared for. You can’t beat that quality of care. Patricio made me feel comfortable and was professional and highly knowledgeable. The facility was clean, comfortable and serene. Patricio gave me homework on muscles and tendons to stretch before my next visits and told me certain foods to steer clear of to ease inflammation. I had orthopedic surgery and his advice and knowledge exceeded that of my surgeons. I had to hiatus my biweekly massages due to other physical care needed, but I’m returning in the next few weeks. I would highly recommend this place to anyone recovering from surgery or anyone who has areas of trouble they’d like worked on. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’d dare say I had at least 20 massages and will probably go here for the remainder of my life. My injuries were that severe and this place is that worth it!
