Antoine is an amazing hairdresser, and the staff are nice and the place is neat. I got a short bob haircut and some highlights on my dark auburn hair at this place. He was very professional and accommodating, listening to all my requests about the colour. And he had some nice stories to pass the time. It turned out even prettier than I thought! 100% recommend this salon.

Front desk wouldn't take my groupon!!baought or for a facial at that exact location! Also only 1 esthetician and she only works half day Saturdays... I'm very unhappy

Mani pedi groupon by Ashley. Awesome service, great attitude & attention to detail. Would definitely recommend. 10/10. Hair done by Philip - excellent color, nice conversation, professional, and easy on the eyes ;) cut was by Antoine, fast, experienced and exact. Felt like a million bucks on my way out! will definitely be revisiting and 100% recommend trying this salon for your next visit.

Visited this salon today to use my $100 gift card. I have med brown hair, requested medium blonde, informed the stylus I have dyed my hair in the past, most recently about 2.5 years ago though, and that my hair grows quite slowly. She did not deem a lift/bleach necessary, and as a result, I am left with blonde roots fading to my a med brown. I must have said atleast 10x throughout the appt WOW ITS NOT NEARLY AS LIGHT AS I WANTED and she responded "yes I guess next time you might have to bleach the ends a bit..." but absolutely no effort was made to resolve the issue NOW. So horribly disappointed, I am new to Windsor and was looking for a new salon and will NEVER be back.
