I am a board certified physician that recently relocated to Gainesville, Florida. I am elated I found Lady Ruth Ann and ANEWU. The customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism are outstanding. The facility is state of the art. There is ample on site parking. From the moment one enters the spa, there is an aura of peace and comfort. Ruth Ann takes exceptional care and attention to detail with her clients customizing health plans. RuthAnn is wonderful. I had a previous cosmetic procedure done by another doctor a year ago and have been hesitant to have it done again because it was not a good experience. RuthAnn took the time to listen and address my concerns. The other doctor jabbed my face with the needle and the solution burned terribly. I can tell you there is a big difference in technique with RuthAnn. I barely felt a thing and the results were better and I actually saw them faster. It makes me wonder if the other doctor i saw even knew what they were doing. It's so important to find a physician who cares and is actually good at what they do. I will not be taking my face to anyone else!
