Bet.T I have known Andrea and her staff for two years, she's very passionate about her work and the price are affordable. first I had a BBL I went to see her, her service was excellent, and her staff ms. Doris, Nancy.was great they know what they are doing. I return this year after I had a tummy tuck and breast lift with an implant, while I was there her staff told me the incision was not looking too good, they call Andrea while she was on vacation and told her how my incision was looking bad. Andrea spoke to me and told me I needed to go to the hospital, I went to the hospital the next day, I had an infection from the breast and lower abdomen Tommy tuck. Thanks to Andrea and her staff I'm feeling wonderful.

I have struggled with acne for years and have spent thousands of dollars on products and services from other places, Andrea’s laser spa is the only place that has cleared my acne! I trust Andrea with my skin and will never go anywhere else! Andrea is very knowledgeable about skin care and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

This lady is the most unprofessional person in the industry and it is because 95%of her clients are black so she doesn't care how she treats them. Each time I have gone here I have waited at least 1.5 hours after my appointment time. She books multiple people at the same time with no regard to people's time. Today I waited 3 hours! I felt as though I was invisible as she let two white people who came 20 minutes after me, get in front of me. I'm sure if my complexion was a different color they would never make me wait 3 hours to be seen. She caters to certain individuals so if you don't have a huge Instagram following or speak Spanish or have white skin, expect to have your time wasted.

From what we can see it seems like some people get good results and service but unfortunately I won’t be around long enough to find out. I arrived early for my appointment. I called several times on numbers listed because the entrance wasn’t open. Of course no answer. Luckily another client had a different contact and eventually someone came to open the door. I sign in as requested and end up waiting even longer. Then the person who came in after me gets taken inside for their service. On top of that when I ask how long it will take for me to be seen I’m told I have to wait another 15 minutes. I find it very unprofessional and I am very disappointed. The fact that I give the courtesy of showing up early and end up waiting long past my scheduled appointment is unacceptable. Mind you my procedure is something that literally takes 5-10 minutes or probably less. So I literally wasted 45 minutes traveling and another 45 minutes past my expected time for an appointment that should’ve been 5-10 minutes. At first I was very hopeful in receiving spectacular work , and looking forward to improving my skin and instead I end up leaving deeply dissatisfied. I’m just lucky I didn’t pay in advance. I’ll just use this money to pay for the gas I just wasted. Clearly their response isn’t sincere because instead of just saying they are sorry for the wait they say that I couldn’t wait. I shouldn’t have to explain that I had another appointment that I became late for as a result of them expecting me to be late. As I said I came from all the way on the other side of town it’s none of their business the point is lack of respect for customers time.
