I have been going to this hair salon for almost a year now and I love it, Ana is an excellent person and very skilled, with affordable prices, i recommend it 100%

I came to the salon because someone else referred me to Ana. I called her and I told her I had a lot of hair just because my hair is curly. But it’s upper mid back length nothing too serious. She answered and rushed me off the phone and when she answered she said it’s okay curly hair doesn’t bother me. I’ve been working soo long. To get my hair healthy and at a desired length and I went to the Dominicans so that I could get a silk press and to dye my hair just a dark red. My ends were already lighter then the top of my roots which is natural when living in Florida and the sun changing the color to like a honey brown look. I got to the salon at 4pm sharp and left at 10:40 something at night. She decided to do my hair and everyone else’s hair at the same time. She didn’t explain step by step what she was doing with my hair so I had to keep asking and eye balling my hair. She left the bleach. The BLEACH. On the top of my hair for too long. And she said that it looked too light after she applied it. Mind you she ACKNOWLEDGED the fact that my hair was too light of a red. Which was her fault. And then tried fixing it and then charged me more for using more product to fix my hair. Even tho SHE GOT the color wrong the first time. She kept blaming “African Americans” her specific words on how they Aparently stole the term Dominican blow out and turned it into the term silk press… which isn’t true and I tried explaining that to her. The term silk press has been around for so long and it specifically focuses on the iron and heat used instead of the blow out. You can (research more on google) the whole point of her applying the bleach only to the top of my hair was because my ends were lighter and I guess she was trying to color correct my hair. The whole time I was in the shop she had 5 people. Not including me in the shop trying to finish everyone’s hair at the same time. Legit MULTI -TASKING With everyone’s hair. She left the bleach on the top of my hair for too long. And now my hair is a brighter red on the top than the bottom. I come home my hair is poofed up after just leaving the salon. My hair is stiff. At the ends that isn’t a silk press. She had 3 little girls sitting down and she was giving them a Dominican blow out and I saw how puffy it was. And I asked her so many times was my hair going to end up looking like there’s. She said no “they move too much” and how she just does there hair like that so it’s manageable for school. If ur gonna bleach my healthy hair do it right. No timer. Nothing was used to track the time of the bleach in my hair. She said you don’t have to do that with bleach you have to eye ball it… how careless. Can you be. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and the color I wanted from the book that she told me to use to pick out. It was a color book with samples of hair and color. She rushed my hair y’all. Like for real. I don’t understand how this could happen. Like I called her and tried telling her and she got loud with me on the phone and kept cutting me off. I was trying to be so respectful and understanding the fact that she’s only one women in the store working. It’s her business. But don’t over book urself and then make excuses for why the clients should wait. “I’m almost done” “only 2 minutes more” when they were washing my hair in the wash bowl it was her assistant which I think was her mother. Spoke 0 English. I promise u I have no problem with the fact that she couldn’t speak English but please if your going to do my hair be verbal and try to tell me what your doing with it!!! I tried so hard to trust the process. If you mess up as a stylist or you’re having a rough day don’t try and blame the customer. The end color I chose was what I wanted. She kept asking me over and over what was the color again?? What was the numbers. What do you mean numbers I don’t know the mix. Speaking of mix. When she mixed the solution she was rushing with it. She didn’t get the clumps or anything. She sat me way too close to little girls who was basically getting there hair ripped out.

Soy una cliente de este salón y vi la reseña de esa chica ,que mala yo ví como ella llevo una foto y Ana le dijo que ese no era el color ella insistió ,y cuando le quedo el color Ana le dijo , que por eso le había dicho que no era el color ella no tenía dinero para pagar y kera también una keratina ,abusadora Ana es muy seria llevo anos con ella , ella no quería que hablarán español, quería hacerse de gratis dios vendiga Ana por su paciencia
