Did not get what I wanted. Asked for a natural not too long set left with them touching my eyebrows and literally having gaps in them. Reached out to the salon to try to remedy this and management never called me once, after two weeks have went by. Even after the front desk person texted me twice to reassure me they did not forget about me. Horrible customer service.

I had an amazing experience with my lash technician Kate! She did exactly what I wanted for my lashes, and I absolutely love the results. I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio the place is so clean, and all the staff are incredibly nice. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My lash lady was a very nice girl name Rene I rlly hope I spelt that right however I just want to say she is the BEST lash lady and most definitely showed me what I missed so much about getting my lashes done , it was so nice to have someone that not only asked me what I liked and double checked but that just talked about ANY SUBJECT I will most def be coming back and requesting her ! It was also nice to have someone do my lash’s that felt like a friend. the apt went by so fast and I loved that as when I feel it taking awhile I get a little shaky for some reason 😭😭 I DEF recommend requesting rene she will make your experience worth while !!! And I wish I knew the lady at the front desks name I rlly shoulda asked but she is a very sweet girl and was there last time I was there 2 and has been VERY nice both times I’ve been and both girls were very very helpful !!

Was only going to do a full set for a special occasion, but then Kate took such good care of me that I got a membership and come back for refills every month for such a deallllllllll. Hardly even wear makeup anymore.

DeeAnn is excellent - my last appt was in Sept and now it’s Oct 10 and I still had some lashes that I could work with. Needless to say - she did a fantastic job. High retention is always good in our busy lives. She always has a smile on her face and cares and asks about how I am -and my family: she is an extremely kind. She is a wonderful person and has to be an inspiration to other employees/stylists at Amazing Lash! Thank you DeeAnn!

I have been so happy with my lashes. I’m on my 5th fill. This location has been so friendly and professional. Deanna has been my gale and she definitely knows what she’s doing!! Explains all the details with me and my lashes stay on really well. Very happy 😁

the lady that did my lashes is a sweet sweet lady, however i got my lashes done 6 days ago. basically got a full volume set. the exact same day my boyfriend noticed lashes falling out left and right. i am very understanding about the do’s and don’ts for a post lash appointment, but having no lashes left after less than a week is extremely disappointing ( especially after the price i paid )

Thank you!!** Wow what an awful experience. After not having lashes for about 7-8 months I was so excited to get them back. When I saw great deal for a full set for new customers I thought I couldn’t pass it up (I should’ve). I booked over the phone with a “master.” I got a call earlier in the day asking if I wanted to come earlier due to a cancellation. I assumed for the same person (wrong) and didn’t find out I didn’t have a “master tech” until I got the price at the end. The whole process was super impersonal. Normally when places ask if I want my lashes washed, they do it before starting. When I said yes here, I got handed a cup with some foam in it and told to go to the bathroom. My lash tech never even told me her name. At the very beginning she was in the hallway fighting on the phone with her grandmother and during the whole appointment her baby daddy was blowing up her phone. The room was smaller than my closet, and there was no music and she barely talked to me. I told her I wanted a hybrid look, but she gave me a classic anyway. Again, I didn’t find out until the price. I just thought they weren’t as full as I wanted. I got to my car and started crying because I had been so excited just to be let down so hard. I will not be returning.

This was my first time getting lash extensions. I’m happy with my lashes. The two negatives, the gel pads weren’t placed well and now, next day, both my eyeballs are irritated. The tech didn’t wear a mask and it was uncomfortable having warm, open mouth, breath in my face during the entire application. — Learning, I now know gel pads shouldn’t be snug or scratchy. I’ll wear my own mask, though this won’t prevent breath on my face, it will make feel a bit more secure.

LOVE this salon and especially Deeann!! She always does a fabulous job and my retention is really good, too! I still have most of my lashes at about 4 weeks. Of course, I try hard not to touch my eyes except to clean them. I highly recommend Deeann to anyone!

I had my first set of extensions yesterday and Leah was amazing! She answered all my questions, gave me tons of aftercare tips, and provided the best environment for me to relax and focus on “me time”…I’ll definitely be back!

Half the lashes did not curl the other half stood straight up with no curl. I do not recommend this place. After pointinting out their mistake on the lashes they only took off 25%.. The job they done wasn't even worth $5. Also didn't even tint the bottom lashes!! Do not waste your money at this place.

Customer service is ridiculous at this location!! Go anywhere else!! You’ll thank me after you see how they charge you for any and everything. They hire younger people who clearly have never had experience with customer service. Bad business!!

I drive one hour to get my lashes done here! I missed my appointment.they took a $100 credit I had on my acct the girl at the counter was rude and disrespectful and she told me there was no manager available and she didn’t have no number for one! I told her she better do something she then stayed she texted the owner and she is not giving my money back… didn’t offer to talk to me or anything also I always upgrade to volume she charges me $60 extra there was a different girl working the last couple times I been here she literally charged me $30 and just now a gjrl was charged $25 why just to see I said awe your lashes look good what did you get she states the SAME EXACT THING IM BEING CHARGED $60 FOR!!! Do not go here! Sad business here the manager could have at least not been so scared and actually talked to me

I moved to TN from Scottsdale and had a membership so wanted to give this location a try before choosing to cancel or keep. Kirsten was great! She's new here but not to doing lashes. Highly suggest!!

My tech was lovely, however the lashes had half fallen off by less than a week and now two weeks out have completely fallen off. I am not new to lashes and followed the no moisture/water for 48 hrs post lash application rule, wore VERY minimal make up- only put mascara on once as it was clear the lashes were all but gone. In the past my lashes (at a different location) had great retention, this place no so much.
