I went Saturday to get natural full set and now it’s Tuesday and most of them have fallen out. I don’t think it’s worth the money for a couple days of them looking good. I have treated them so delicately and I can’t believe Ihow bad they look this soon after getting them done.

I went there on Monday for an appointment with Scout… it was my second set of lash extensions ever, with the first one taking place 3 years ago… When she came to get me, she only asked if I had lashes before to which I only could answer “Yes” before she turned around and started walking away, so I assumed that this mean I was to follow her. In her room she asked what kind of lashes I wanted and pointed to the picture she had on her cart. I asked for classic and natural, pointing to the 1st picture she had there. I sat on the table and she immediately taped my eyes and started putting lashes on my eyes. At the end, she only sprayed something in a mist and told me I was ready. She did no show me the lashes or anything, so I asked if I should just go to the front desk and she said only “yes”… I paid and left. The next day all of the lashes of my right eye were gone… they were on my pillow when I woke up. I hadn’t even taken a shower since I got the lashes on, so I called the studio and they scheduled me for an adjustment for Wednesday. Minutes later somebody called to let me know that the stylist that taking care of my adjustment would be available so I was re-booked for 7pm that Wednesday. I then took a shower and the left eye went lashless…. I called again and explained this because I didn’t think that the time booked for adjustments would work for both eyes and they kindly scheduled me for today (Saturday). I was taken care of by La’Quisha today, and let me tell you the HUGE difference in the service. La’Quisha was welcoming since she came to get me at the lobby, super kind, then she made sure I was comfortable and positioned on her table before lowering the head. She then asked what I was looking for, I showed a picture and asked for some adjustments, she said “I got you”.. and boy did she get me!… she started by shampooing my lashes, which Scout did not do, she walked me through the process, she let me know when she was putting water on my eye, when she was taping, when she was starting with the lashes… I felt that she did not want me to be startled when she touched my eyes or put anything… she did her magic with the lashes and at the end she put three chemicals to help the glue stay strong longer and explained that my left eye had very short lashes and recommended that I try a different stile of lashes next time… she also told me that “reading Scouts notes, Scout had told me that she recommended that I take a break from the lashes and that I use a serum to help them grow”… which Scout did NOT tell ME… La’Quisha was so kind to walk me out to the lobby and she tried to get me a serum but they were out so I will order it online, and she explained how often to use it. I was NOT charged for this full adjustment and honestly La’Quisha and the receptionist working today deserve a million stars. My lower rate is to the studio for the poor service provided by Scout and the inconvenience of having to do it twice the same week.

So I had the technician Caitlin now this was my first time getting a full set really wasn't sure what I wanted so I came to this studio because of some of the reviews. I can say it is a very nice clean well decorated will advertised place and location and the receptionist was very nice also she even went to check on the technician because she came to get me 12 minutes after my appointment which that's fine because she was sanitizing. As I asked her how her morning was she said fine she walked me to the room and as soon as we hit the room she said what do you want I said I'm really not sure and then the way I said it must not have been great so I said no I did look at the book and I think I want to go for the classic sexy which she did a phenomenal job and I'm in customer service I just wished I would have been walked through or educated on the certain steps she was getting ready to do what she was getting ready to use what to expect what not to expect that wasn't communicated to me, no after care on what I should do what I shouldn't do so that was a bummer. She also tinted my eyebrows which I agreed with her to go in for a second tint because it wasn't dark enough and she said well I can just do the black which I would never get black tint on my eyebrows. I'm not sure if she's ever had a brown woman to do services on but I can tell she just seemed uncomfortable and that's fine too I did re book with her in hopes that she reads this review and that she continues to try and be a little more confident ask questions ask if I'm doing okay and educate your patient or client because technically we're patients anytime you messing with somebody's face or whatever they're a patient or client I did have a bit of discomfort a little burning some redness and I asked what that could be from and she said because of me having my eyes closed that long. I end up having to put gentle tear gel in because it's still continues to burn only on the right eye not sure what this will do as far as your business but I also run a business and I know how valuable opinions and reviews are take care I'll do another go and see what happens this time

I got my lashes done two weeks ago, I was told I would have a little bit of an up charge for a master stylist and then a little bit of an up charge for some certain type of eyelashes. And I agreed, when I checked out I was charged $215 that is insane to me. Never once was I told it would be a 100+ upcharge. Not to mention the eyelashes were extremely uncomfortable and glued too close my eyelid, they hurt. I ended up taking them off my self cause I couldn’t stand the pain. Won’t be going back.

I have been going here for a year now and won't be coming back! I will be canceling my subscription! I got extensions done by Molly I've lost over a dozen extensions since last Tuesday which would be 6 days today. I lost two more extensions today. I have never received such bad service I actually lost a extension before I even left the room. Molly said it was probably from taking the tape off. I told them about it when leaving and I figured just one lash no big deal. I even left her a tip but that night I lost 3 more extensions then more the following day, so I called to reschedule my appointment with one of the masters I normally have do the extensions because I didn't want to use anyone new again. So Sunday comes around no joke I literally have 4 more extensions fall out never happened ever so I called to speak with manager she said I'll leave her a message to call me back on Monday. Well the manager Sage acted as if I wasn't a valuable customer told me it had been a week when I actually called on Sunday to make them aware of the issue, and If I must be honest I actually called before that to change my appointment with someone else, but she says you have 3 days which I didn't know about. And to be clear she acted as if I was just complaining!! So I got irritated and just hung up. I will take my business somewhere else people today need to understand something in service, if it wasn't for us getting the service you wouldn't have a job.

Haley is amazing!! 10/10 recommend her! I’ve seen a few stylist, but she is the only one that can do exactly what I like every time. Totally worth the money and the time! If you’ve been considering doing lashes - just do it!!!

I don’t get my lashes done often but Manda is the only one I trust to get my lashes looking gorgeous. She’s very gentle and careful and gets it done quick without it looking sloppy. Will continue to go through her

I just moved here from out of state and started going to Manda for my eyelashes and she takes such good care of me! Not only do my eyelash extensions look so good, but she actually listens to what I want and also makes her own suggestions as to how they could look even better. And we have such great chats and she remembers our previous conversations! She knows when I’m in a chatty mood or when I’m exhausted from work and adjusts accordingly, which shows you how attentive she is. I 100% recommend her for all of your eyelash needs!

I started going to Manda a couple of months ago and I am so happy with the results. She listens and educates and makes my lashes look exactly how I want. Also, they last! She takes her time and does the best job. I now have the membership because of her specifically. Very happy with this Amazing Lash location.

I wanted to surprise my fiancée with lashes while traveling. As someone who knows nothing about lashes, I was extremely grateful for Manda taking the time to explain everything to me prior to booking the appointment. She is extremely knowledgeable and made my fiancée's lashes look stunning! We will definitely be coming back to her the next time we're passing through! 10/10!!

If you are going to treat yourself to lashes, spend your money here! More importantly ask for Hayley! she is the best! So, it was my first time ever getting lashes. I had so many questions and Hayley was so sweet. She talked me through the whole process. she made me feel really comfortable and helped me pick out a set that was great for me and what i wanted. She killed it!! i get so many compliments. The studio is also really clean! So Treat ya self and make an appointment with Hayley!

Went there today for my first time. At first I wasn’t sure but let me tell you, Megan the manager jumped in and did my full set. She was Amazing. Very kind and extremely talented. Because of her and the lady working the desk I signed up for a membership and will be going every 2 weeks. Super clean Very professional. 10/10
