I can't comment on their level of service since I waited close to thirty minutes for an appointment set several days prior before leaving. The location seemed clean and pleasant and I did experience an elderly lady purchasing product given extremely good service. My experience of having to wait as if I'm in a doctor's office seemed pretentious and arrogant. I will not be seeking an appointment at the location again.

I just started over the summer going to Sterling to get my hair cut at Amanda Jane’s and WOW. I’ve lost count of how many people have complimented my hair at this point! I’ve known Jenny and have been going to her for years and I recommend her to coworkers and friends all the time. She’s so knowledgeable about skin care and I 100% trust that anything she does or any advice she gives is going to be what is best for my skin - not just what will make me look good. These two ladies are the best of the best!

Me and my bridal party got our hair and makeup done here and it was amazing! They did such a good job and did exactly what we were hoping for and were even able to squeeze in an extra person for us last minute. They were so nice and friendly through the whole interaction and made the wedding morning a breeze

Went and had a facial and lash lift from Jenny. She was amazing and made the experience so easy and comfortable. Walked out feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated than I have in a long time. Lash lift was great for my beach trip. Not having to wear mascara during the summer was the best gift to myself.

I have no regrets coming to this salon and I will definitely be coming back again. I had an appointment scheduled for 4:45pm with another stylist at Ulta, but they cancelled last minute because the stylist never came in. After looking through other salons in the area, I called Amanda Jane Salon and Spa around 11:45am. They were extremely accommodating and was willing to take me in at 12:30pm. I had the pleasure of having Amanda as my stylist and she was super sweet. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted and described how I wanted my layers and bangs. I had some breakage in my hair, but Amanda was really helpful with showing a few products that I could use to protect my hair. I will definitely be coming back for trims and maybe the massages and facials!

I'm a picky hair person and it's difficult finding a good place to get highlights and haircuts. I was nervous about getting my hair done in a rural spot since it hasn't gone well before. But, my hair stylist, Sterling, was a genius. This is one of the best Aveda salons I've been to (I've been to around 5) and I am so lucky that a place like this exists in Macon. My highlights are EXACTLY what I had in mind. Sterling spent 3 hours perfecting my hair, and I appreciate that she took the time and effort to get it right. Many times they try getting you in and out as quick as possible at hair places. And, it was a great price for highlights and a cut. I am coming back, and will even try the facials.

I’ve got my haircut, wash and style here throughout the years and they are always so great. The last cut I got was exactly what I asked for and has left my hair so perfectly soft! 10/10 Recommended this salon. Products also smell so amazing!!!
