I recently visited this massage business, attracted by their decent reviews and was indeed impressed by the quality of the massage I received. The masseuse was skilled, and the overall experience during the massage was fantastic, leaving me completely satisfied with the service provided. However, my positive experience took a turn after the session ended. Despite expressing multiple times that tipping is against my religious beliefs and practices, the masseuse attempted to coerce me into leaving a tip which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I felt that my personal beliefs were not respected, which was disappointing. Even after I explained my stance, the insistence on a tip continued, making the post-massage experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. While the massage service itself was excellent, the pressure to tip despite clear communication about my religious practices marred what would have been a thoroughly enjoyable visit. I believe respecting customers' beliefs and boundaries is essential in providing a service that leaves everyone feeling valued and respected.
