Dont waste your money. If you don’t understand how a particular application is done then send them to someone that does. If you are not up to date on current trends then say so instead of charging $600 for a root color and a spot foil instead of the balyage requested. That was shameful and wrong.

Tracy is an AWESOME stylist. Jamie is the most creative with nails. Good selection of hair products, with special perks. Relaxed atmosphere.

Love and have followed Tracy for years. I'm glad he and his nieces have their own lovely salon now. Tracy does a great job, listenes to my ideas and is just fun to talk to. The salon is big, clean stocked with products they use and all the girls and Tracy are skilled and professional.

I have been going to Altra ever since I followed Jaime there. She’s been doing my nails for years now. I like healthy natural nails and thats what she specializes in! And nail art. She’s never afraid to try anything I ask. Not to mention, she’s a gem. Very sweet and very talented!

Just like the rest of the reviews, Amber Powell is a superstar. The whole team is really friendly and the atmosphere alone always leaves me feeling better leaving than when I walked in. Can’t say enough about them, they are all also very safe during Covid times. Thanks for all the great cuts Amber.

This is honestly the best place, period. Tracy is a cut and color magician. I've gone for years. Moved to another part of town 40 minutes away. Tried several salons closer by. Not anything close. LOVE this salon and particularly Tracy.

Great service with excellent staff. I particularly appreciate that they don't try to upsale their services. So when they do recommend an additional service, I trust it. I also get compliments on both my color and cut!!

The rate would be lower than 1 star , got an appointment from 45 days ago cause they told me they are fully booked and called me a week ago to confirm my appointment . Today after I arranged my baby sitter to take care of my kids and took a day off from work , got a phone call from the front desk said my appointment has been canceled , That was shocking cause I planned for this while ago and already lose lots of times , I was asking for another appointment and the girl on the phone was so rude and said there would be no appointment available !!! That doesn't make any sense . Anyway It was totally waste of time with these people who doesn't have any idea about the basic information of customer service , NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME !!
