I’ve been going to Allure the last 6+ months since moving to Lake Charles and it’s been the only Nail Salon I’ve wanted to go back to time and time again. The service is always great, and their pricing is wonderful. I get my manicure done by Toy every time, and she is just the best, hands down!! Each new set I leave with, I absolutely love! Definitely the best Nail Salon in town, for every reason! :)

This used to be my go to spot I recently went about a week and a half ago and after a week my nails were lifting and 2 nails popped off! I had paid 150 a week and a half ago for my nails and toes I come back today all the nails were already coming off and all they did was give me a 10 dollar discount they charged me for him taking the lifted nails off and putting new nails on I used to love this place but I will not be back!!

I’ve been going to Allure since shortly after they opened and have never been displeased. Yesterday I saw Hannah for a pedicure and manicure and she was phenomenal. My nails look great but her company was better! She was so sweet and we talked about so many things. I highly recommend Allure and if Hannah is available, book with her!

Today was my first time ever getting my nails done at Allure. One of my patients recommended Toy (I don’t think that’s how it’s spelled but that’s how it’s spelled on the website) My appointment wasn’t until 11 but I got there at 10:30 and I was greeted with a friendly face as soon as I walked in the door! Even though I was a half an hour early there was practically no wait and Toy got me right in. She was so friendly and professional! She gave me some good advice for my nails and we talked about my nail goals. The manicure was very fast and only took her about 25-30 minutes. I’m so happy with them! I also was really impressed with how my eyebrows came out. I didn’t get the name of the tech who did my eyebrows but she was also friendly and they look great.
I will definitely be back again!

Got the basic pedicure. Sat down at 4:12 then was at the drying station for 4:24. Nail tech was rude and considering there were only 2 other customers receiving treatment, I was extremely rushed. Paint job looks as if it was done by my toddler. When he finished, he went straight outside for a smoke break 😂 Needless to say, I will not be returning for services.

Sandy does such a great job! My favorite part about this place is that you actually get the services you pay for. Highly recommend. Only downfall to me is they don’t carry OPI gel

When I got there I was welcomed right away. It didnt seem too busy. The Receptionist asked me what I would like and I said a full set medium length and a square shape. I was in the chair and out in 45 minutes. They had a numerous selection of COLORS to choose from. I did 581. The person who took take of me did a great job with making sure all my nails were the same length and took the extra time to make sure they were even and secure once they dried and cured. The Salon itself was clean and inviting with all the white and the chandeliers and floral were a nice touch. They even have a rewards program which I also thought was pretty cool.

I just got my nails done there, and told the guy I wanted to soak them, and instead of doing that the majority of the time he just kept using the tool, that thins your nail bed over and over again Instead of letting them soak the majority of the time, especially when he didn’t have any other customers behind me, he ended up chipping off part of my nail, and then he had to make them all equal, even though I Wanted to keep them long and keep the length and told him that more than once, my nails were not chipped to begin with, I left with them shorter then, When I came in because he didn’t soak them long enough before using that too tool, even though he had time too and ripped off part of the nail, so, of course, since he did that, he had to make them all equal, and there’s also bumps on some on my nails not even smoothed out, 65 later when it looked like $20 worth if that. I won’t be coming back.

The first time Cindy did a wonderful job. My nails looked exactly like the picture. However this last time was awful. I showed the male tech a picture, and when he was done the shape nor the color was correct. When I tried pointing it out he argued with me that it was the same and that the picture was not ombré. Smh. I just paid with no tip and left. I’m sick of paying for sucky service. Oh and when I went to another salon I was told I would have to get a whole new set to get the shape I originally wanted.

I pulled up and was like this place looks It’s expensive but when I walked in the price is really good and babeeeeeee…..Ben did his thang on my nails ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ he really does a great job and have passion for what he does Team Ben and the other lady that does my feet I can’t think of her name but she is good as 💪🏼🫶 YOU MUST GO‼️‼️‼️‼️

Such a great spot was clean, friendly, I asked for all pricing upfront and they gave me exactly what I asked for. Tuoy & Tony were amazing nail professionals. She did a removal of my hard gel and gave my toes & hands a perfect shape. Her work was immaculate & Tony left my mother in law flawless. We will be back again!

really wanted to like this place but every single one of my nails are lifting after just one week. Most are completely popped off.
