They have disappointed me. I live in Marshall and drive to Longview for their atmosphere. It's nice, quite and love the one on one attention I get without rushing me in and out for other customers.

I have ugly toes and very ticklish on my feet. I have only had 1 pedicure in my life and was not a good experience, however today was different. The manager talked me in to letting him do a pedicure. It was great with a wonderful atmosphere, relaxing, music, and good conversation. I will definitely get a pedicure from now on with who I call the "magic foot doctor" and of course my nails with the best technician ever! Thank you Allure for a different perspective and making me feel special!

Lee did my pedicure and I have absolutely never had such a great experience, my feet have never had such an amazing massage, I would come here everyday if I could, yes it is that good! He is amazing!!!! 😊

I went Monday early afternoon and had the BEST pedicure from Lee. I highly recommend requesting him and will definitely make an appointment so I can make sure I get him next time. He listens to what you want and takes pride in his work. When it says foot massage, he really spends time and gives you what you are paying for. He doesn’t pat your feet and slap your legs a couple of times like some do.

Lee gave the best pedicure today! He was not rushed and spend a great deal of time making sure I was happy with may nails. Plus he gave the best massage! I would highly recommend Lee!

I’ve found my new salon for pedicures! After trying several salons in the Kilgore-Longview area, Allure in Longview is the winner! I arrived at my appointment time and was promptly greeted and shown to a chair. I usually take a long time to decide on a color, but after telling John what my mother and I like, he came back with the perfect shades of red and pink. John also made sure that Snow and Jada understood the details of my instructions before leaving to tend to other customers. Snow did my pedicure and I highly recommend her! She took her time to be sure everything was perfect. My result was smoothly clipped, filed, and buffed nails with an artfully applied polish job, even with drying spray after the top coat! Jada knew just what to do to take care of my 88 year old mother’s thick, overgrown toenails. Jada identified the painful toe and carefully took care of its nail first. Mother was so pleased with her pedicure that as we were leaving, she said,”Now I have happy feet!” Good bye to messy, clumpy polish jobs and sharp edges on nails that cause sore toes. We’re going back to Allure to see Snow and Jada, because we want happy feet!

Everyone is so nice, and my nail tech always does amazing and gets me in last minute, Jeana can do any design I show her & I’ve had some hard ones. She takes her time, and she’s so talented and sweet. Forever my favorite place. 🤍

I stopped in to get a pedicure and felt like the guy did not know what he was doing. He never cleaned or pushed back my cuticles and I specifically pointed out where there was dry skin and he said he didn't see any. Very frustrating also I told him I didn't want Gel and the polish he had me pick out was on the wall, not where the gel is kept. He says his wife was going to paint them so she came over and It turned out being Gel polish they applied. It was a horrible paint job and all on my cuticles. Also, my feet have NEVER been as rough after leaving a nail salon. He roughed up the skin on my feet and they looked and felt horrible. I had to try and fix them the next day. It's a good thing they didn't expect me to pay extra for the Gel because I specifically said I didn't want it! Horrible experience!

The eyelashes lasted for five days for $175. That’s crazy. They won’t do nothing to try to make it right that’s not good business.

The visit was pretty disappointing. While the guy who gave my pedicure was nice, he didn’t do a good job at all. I paid for a full pedicure, and got about 25% of one. My technician clipped my toe nails with clippers, and then never filed them to smooth them out. He didn’t clean around my nails, trim up the skin, push my cuticles back, NONE OF IT. No file touched my toes. No cuticle clipper touched my toes. As I realized he was preparing to begin painting, I stopped him and asked was he going to clean up my toenails because there was dead skin around my nail that was visible— the whole point of getting the pedicure to begin with— and he said he didn’t want to “cut me”. The manager asked was there a problem, and I stated that he did not file my toes or clip the skin around them. “Yes he did,” was her response. The guy went on and painted my toes, but in order not not be see through, multiple coats were needed. That’s didn’t happen either. I’m not one to make a scene, but I’m definitely one to post a review. I’m highly disappointed with my service, and my family and I won’t be returning.

Would never recommend. I moved to Longview and started going there. Jenni was awesome and now they sold it to somebody else and since then I had 3 bad experiences. First experience- I went there Calvin did my powder nails. He took freaking 2 hrs to do the nails. I had a 6 year old kid who started getting restless. I got the dip powder with tip nails.He didn’t even cover the entire nail. You could easily see the tip. The manager reached out to me because I didn’t give good reviews and told me that she would take care of it. I went there after a month Cindy helped me she did really good but one of the nails of the right hand came off. I called and they said they will re-do that for me. I went and the person name Johnny came to do my nails. He doesn’t even know how to do it. He kept telling me that that’s how it’s done and I am like k am not getting the dip nails for the first time. I was frustrated but then Kelly the manager came and tried to fix it . Hopefully it should be good buts let’s see. I have my fingers crossed. Never had this kind of experience and that too twice. If you are planning to go there read the reviews and then decide and if you really want to go I would suggest give Kelly a try. She seems to be nice and customer focused.

Lady that did my eyebrows was very rude. She was rough as well. But told me it was because my hair was hard??? I’ve never had this experience at any other nail salons. She acted like she didn’t want to do my eyebrows from the start. I will not be going back. The only reason why I went was due to the fact my regular place was closed.

I am not positive if the owners name, ( my bad) I didn’t ask her, but let me tell you she is so precious and amazing! Y’all thh hi is is the place to go, they will do you so right, and if by chance someone did the wrong type of nail the last trip, she will set them straight!!! I had been to this salon several times in the past, and was not happy with the techs or results. BUT NOW they have a new owner! The service is punctual and top notch. I recommend Jeanna for manicures and nail art. She is fantastic!

A lot of changes WITH people except 2 of the originals that know me since they opened...I was there today and not impressed with the desks being in the middle of the store...looks very unorganized and walking room is not safe...it was good the way it was originally...ive been a customer since they opened and they spoil me but I felt the shop was too messy looking and wires everywhere to trip on and drying table in the back needs to be back at the front and tables back up against the walls ...sorry but I k ow what looks good or not...that's my opinon.
