Inna has been doing my facials and she is the best. She gave me the best recommandations for what products to use. My skin has never been this clear. All the other employees are very polite! Highly recommend coming here.

All the estheticians are great. My favorite is Chole. My daughter loves Melissa. Always on time and will talk if you want or have a quiet session. They all know how " to read the room."

I always have a great experience at Alison Andrews! Jillian Slevnik gives me facials, waxes, dyes and shapes my eyebrows. Jill is very knowledgeable and I feel like when she recommends products for me they are personalized to what my needs and concerns are! She is very through and takes her time!

Collie did a fantastic job on my brow wax and tint! I will definitely be coming back for more brow services in the future. I also purchase face wash here from skin ceuticals that is foaming and deep cleansing without drying out my skin.

Alison and Daniella did an incredible job establishing a skin care regimen for me. The facials are the best I’ve had and my skin would “glow” for many days after the treatments. They worked within the timeline I needed to have my skin healthy for my wedding. Melissa did a fabulous job on the day of wedding makeup for my mom and I. She created a natural and timeless look. When we left we felt beautiful. Thank you!

I have been a client of Alison Andrews since she opened in 1985 in Worth IL. At the time I lived on the south side – in 1986 I moved to the west suburbs and drive to Orland Park as I will never let anyone else work on my skin except Alison Andrews. If you are looking for a professional, first class spa, this is the place to go. From the moment you walk in the door the staff is there to meet you with a warm welcome. They are truly like family and this is due to the owner Alison. I am 67 and my skin looks like I am in my 30’s. I have had facials, waxing, body scrubs, massages, make-up applications, Microdermabrasion, Ultrasonic Spatula-Cavitation and most recently, MY FAVORITE, Micro Needing. When my daughters were teenagers instead of taking them to a dermatologist for medication for acne, I took them to Alison. They were taught how to properly clean their skin, get facials, and then with the products that were specially prepared for their skin type, their acne was under control in a matter of months. They also taught my daughters how to properly apply make-up so they looked natural. They are also still clients. No one is too young or too old to have good skin. Again, you will not be disappointed – Client for 32 years!!!!

This is the most professional, knowledgeable day spa I have ever encountered. The staff are every experienced and excellent at what they do. Their skills are all-encompassing and they are able to treat a wide variety of people. The environment is welcoming and relaxing. I have been going to Alison Andrews Day Spa for years and highly recommend it.

Melissa is fantastic! !! The staff is sweet and accommodating. I absolutely love the skin care products. I have had facials in different salons\spas but Melissa's are THE BEST. It is a skin care jewel in the Southwest suburbs.

I love getting my massages and facials done here! You can't go wrong with their massage therapist, Kathy. Professional, caring, knows her stuff. Jane is wonderful at facials. She is careful with my ever so sensitive skin, but is quickly fixing my oily skin. They have a breezeway to the salon next door where you can get your hair and nails done (I haven't done this), which seems very convenient. My only complaint is the break room is right next to the therapy rooms, and sometimes the ladies can get quite loud. It's slightly irritating when you're trying to relax during your sessions. I've tried a lot of places for massages (being a massage therapist myself, I'm pretty picky!) and I'll never go anywhere else! Sign up for their emails, they have great deals almost daily!
