Just spent the day at the Alevan Spa and had an incredible experience! Knadia, Mary Elizabeth & Kharrington (and the whole staff) were amazing. I left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend Alevan and can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Lake Charles!

I did the facial and it was the best. There were 6 of us for a girls spa day and we were not disappointed !

Wow, what an amazing experience is all I can say! We were in town for a birthday trip to the Golden Nugget & they couldn’t accommodate 6 of us at one time & it was very expensive. The Alevan team was able to accommodate all 6 in your group for 3 facial and 3 massages. The experience felt exclusive. It was a luxury experience. Amazing treatments. Highly recommend!

My daughter got her hair curled for prom today and it looks great. Sierra was our host and she was amazing. And everyone that works there is so sweet. I highly recommend them.

The absolute BEST experience!!!! I was coming home to Lake Charles to attend The Gumbo YaYA Mardi Gras Ball and I needed my makeup done. I knew the exact look...my cousin is a long time client of Alevan and she raves about her spa days! She scheduled my appointment and Baybee....Carrington did her thing!!!! It's one thing to get what you ask for but when you get more it's even better. I'm super picky with my brows and she nailed my entire look. If I lived back in Lake Charles this would be my go to salon spa! The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is super friendly, warm and very accommodating to all needs. Even the other clients were nice. Southern hospitality at its finest. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I will see you all on my next visit home🩷

Today I had the pleasure of Sierra coloring, washing and styling my hair. She was professional and paid attention to details. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Light refreshments were provided as well as the host continuously checked to make sure i was comfortable and offered beverages (water, coffee, etc). The vibe in the salon was like no other. I’m definitely returning again and I will drive miles for this A+ Top notch experience.

Alevan has truly set the bar and exceeded it. Every detail from the aesthetics of the Salon and Spa to the exceptional customer service has been meticulously planned and executed. Each visit is a retreat from the daily stresses of life. I’m always greeted by name, because sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name! Bre (Salon Coordinator) sets the tone from the moment I enter with her warmth, charm and professionalism. Charlita Delafose has truly birthed an experience, which cannot be found anywhere else in SW Louisiana. I highly recommend Alevan!

Tha massage was amazing. I absolutely loved the hot stones. My hair always feel so clean and beautiful when I leave. I love how everyone is so friendly and attentive. Every service that I've gotten there is always top notch. I'm a weekly client...I've never been disappointed.
