I followed Adam to this location and it was such a welcoming salon. I have had my hair cut by Adam for 5 years now and my curls are so happy. Adam is also an excellent colorist and helped pick out colors for my hair. He is so talented, attentive, and just an overall great person. The salon itself is in such a great area with food options around. The space is filled with greenery, style and feels like walking into a warm apartment.

As a performing musician, my appearance is a priority, which is why I’v always cut my hair every 3-4 weeks for as long as I can remember. Having spent the majority of my adult life in major markets like Chicago and NYC, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to find a stylist or salon that could keep me “current” and do it in a reliably consistent way. Fortunately, I had another musicians friend of mine recommend Alchemist. Now having been a client here for two years, I now won’t go anywhere else. Flying to LA or. NYC for a few weeks? I make sure to stop by Alchemist before and after because I don’t think I’ll be able to find this quality of service anywhere else.It’s literally the best place I’ve ever had my hair styled and has the best people. If you can get in here, do it without haste!

Laura took such good care of me and my hair for my wedding in acouple weeks! She cooled my hair down and made me look natural, but still with a little sass. I LOVE it! :-)
