Not sure who answered the phone as Miss Snotty Attitude did not give her name. Strike 1 I advise I have purchased a haircut thru groupon, and I was calling with a question concerning the $15 required deposit. How does it work When prepaid? She doesnt answer me. Just asks, morning or afternoon. Strike 2 I tell Miss couldn't be bothered to care, Im online one click away from booking on line for one of the 3 available spots. Saturday the 31rst at 1:30 pm. I'd missed out on the 11:30. In the most arrogant voice Miss Snotty Stuck Up Attitude says, "We're booked for Saturday." Thats not what the website says. I'm just about to book the appointment. MSSUA, says "I don't know why its showing that, we're booked thru the day on this Saturday." Strange. Strike 3. I tell her ya know nevermind. Ill get a refund. Bye It was either she was too good to waste her time on a "groupon coupon haircut" and wanted to pawn it off on someone else on Tuesday or it was just the universes way of saying, you really don't want go here, Eileen. Either way. Thanks universe. You did me a solid. Arragance is so off putting. Customer service advise for free. Answer the phone with a smile, identify yourself and cut the attitude. You do hair for a living
