Very unprofessional. I had my braids for about two weeks and my braids started lifting from my scalp in the back. I called her to ask if she could redo the braids and she said yes but she gave me the run around. I'll never go back there because she doesn't keep her word😡

Aida was very professional, friendly, and great service. I got some knotless and it only took 3 hours. I’m very satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend her. Thank you again Aida. *As soon as I walked through the door she started on my hair.

Ada has the best braiding styles. Very fast braider and prices are reasonable and worth it.

I do not recommend Aida too anyone! She rushed on my hair and the quality for the price was not good. She stayed on the phone the whole time while braiding my hair. In the middle of my hair the braids are bigger than around the edges. I only have about 40 braids for $180. She is very unprofessional I won’t be going back to her again!

I had several consultations with Aida about a certain faux updo style I wanted. I even texted her a picture of the style. She assured me she could do the job. Upon discussing the price, I made an appointment. Needless to say, I did not get what I was told I would. I so wish I could post a picture of what I requested and what I received. They are not the same style. What I requested was an updo/bun/ball and I received a flat ponytail with way too much hair. To make matters worse, she blew me off and suggested I complete the style. Now why would I do that if giving me the style I requested is what you were paid and agreed to do? Now, I am having to make a second appointment with another braider and spend more money to get the style I originally wanted. I truly hate leaving unfavorable reviews, but as a business owner myself, we have got to do better. I will not visit this place again nor do I recommend it.

My hair looks HORRIBLE! The middle of my braids are so big & messy. Looks like someone rushed on my hair. I would not prefer her to ANYONE ! I cant even do certains styles because the middle so big & messy.

Horrible work I ask for two goddess braids , she gave me feed in braids which I didn’t ask for. My hair started to open went back in the salon to tell her she got attitude and started talking to me like I was a child . It was my first time going there .

i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone i wanted feed in braids and I received ghana braids and i was left with bumps & a bald spot because it was entirely to tight!!
