Felicia is the absolute best at what she does. When I first saw her a few months ago, I was at my wits end with my skin. When I came to Ageless Beauty 3 months ago, I was desperate. As a September 2024 bride, I was concerned about my acne and hyperpigmentation. Felicia told me "you will be clear for your wedding." It is now May, and I am happy to report that I barely think about my skin now. I don't have to wake up and "assess the situation" every morning. I am having fun getting dressed up again. Haven’t been able to get a fascial here in almost a year because of travel but looking back they made a huge difference in my acne. In fact I totally regressed because I didn’t continue treatment. Just recently Re upped the skin care routine they were having me do and shopping on their site was easy and fast shipping. I hope to be back this summer so they can fix me up again. Acne sufferers have to keep up with treatments and routines! It’s nice to be able to look back and see how much of a difference going made.

I have been to Ageless Beaty multiple times for Dermaplaning facials and have been pleased with the results; however, my most recent customer service interaction was extremely disappointing. I woke up one morning extremely sick, which prevented me from being able to attend my appointment in the evening. I called the salon multiple times to notify them that I could not be there and to try to reschedule my appointment. No one answered any of my calls during open business hours. I was then charged $50 for missing my appointment. I called again the next day and was told that a manager would call me later to address the $50 charge and get my appointment rescheduled. 3 days passed and no one reached out. So, I called back and had to ask to speak to the manager that was supposed to contact me. She informed me that she would have to talk to the owner about the $50 charge and that the owner would call me the next day. It’s been over 15 days and no one has called me. I totally understand that same day cancellations affect their schedule, so this isn’t about the $50. It’s about the lack of communication, follow through, and sympathy for last minute emergencies. Don’t say that you’ll return a call if you have no intentions to do so.

Had my first facial at Ageless Beauty Friday night with Felicia. I was impressed with the time taken to evaluate my skin to select the best products needed. I have sensitive dry skin with rosacea. Not only was the facial very relaxing, but my skin felt so smooth and amazing afterwards. The atmosphere is gorgeous and relaxing. I have never had a skin routine and I enjoyed the education Felicia provided during the service. I have left with scheduling my next appointment in my series in two weeks with Jessica and am looking forward to getting my skin care routine on track. I was having issues with figuring out my skin and why it was so out of balance. Jessica was able to analyze my skin and provide several recommendations for me. She was mindful of my budget and made a plan to get my skin back to health. She was so informative about what she was doing and what my face needed. Not to mention made the treatment sooo relaxing and I loved my hand massage! I left with my skin was so renewed and a plan to maintain at home. It has been 2 weeks and my skin has improved so much! Jessica is amazing with dermaplaning! She communicated what she was doing, and what I could expect from my appointment. My skin feels fresh and smooth, and my makeup and skincare goes on nicely. I will definitely make this a regular part of my skin maintenance and care I've seen Felicia for lip fillers, and it was the best lip appointment I've had!
