I’ve had three terrible facials in a row where it felt like all they did is paint something on my face wait a minute and then wipe it off over and over again. But then I came to Tennessee Aesthetic and she is absolutely amazing. She gave me a facial with derma planing and plasma injection and my face looks like glass. She easily took 10 years off of my face and all my fine lines around my eyes are gone. I’m 37. Just in time for My wedding!

Amira Tahir is an amazing Nurse Practitioner offering a variety of services. I utilize her clinic for botox every 3 months. I have also lost weight with her assistance with injectable medications that curb my appetite. She checks my labs and has found a few abnormalities that I was not aware. She is so easy to talk with and not judgmental at all. I have sent several friends to her and they have had huge successes with their weight loss. She is really here to help others.This is her passion. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

Amira was absolutely a fantastic provider. She is prompt with all communication and was thorough with all medical history. She was able to answer all questions and has extensive knowledge on all products/materials she uses in her practice. Her building and waiting rooms were warm and inviting, her exam rooms were clean and spotless. She is very friendly and was not pushy about products. I’ve had microneedling done numerous of times and I will say I enjoyed my experience with Amira the most. She takes her time, very informative and attentive to details. I appreciate her thorough explanation. In addition, Amira is personable and so friendly! I didn’t plan on purchasing a PRP microneedling package, but clearly I’ll be returning. I went in to have my lips enhanced. Amira was very thorough with her explanation of the procedure and the aftercare. I recently came back for a follow up and again, she was very particular in making sure my lips were proportionate since they have settled. I will be back for future appointments!
