Tara was amazing! She took the time to listen to my issues and concerns and really focused on my problem areas. I had been experiencing back pain for awhile and felt quite a bit of relief after a visit with her. We built great rapport and she gave me excellent tips for ways I can mitigate the pain in the future. I appreciated that she didn’t just give me a basic massage but focused on what mattered. So grateful. I highly recommend her, especially since she’s so knowledgeable in several areas of health and wellness care.

Tara is so good at fixing all my problems. She just done my lower back and legs. I feel so much better. I've been hurting so long. She has helped me so much on my 1st treatment. If you guys need help I'd highly recommend her to help you feel better. I will see her again next week. She is amazing.!!!!

If you are in need of a medical massage this is the place to go! No funny business here, move on. Tara helped relieve crazy back pain I had for months in just 1 visit. It's insane! You can tell she is very knowledgeable in what she does, and knew exactly how to help remedy my issues. This will be my new go to for any pain related issues. Thanks again!

Tera is phenomenal, and her medical massage works better than I would have ever expected. I visited Tera to get help with a fairly severe shoulder injury after rehab seemed to not be doing much. Within a few day of the first session my range of motion and pain started improving for the first time in months. My shoulder is back to probably 90% after just 2 sessions, and it keeps progressing every day. Her techniques and knowledge are second to none and I would recommend anyone with soft tissue injuries and pain check her out!

I have been here 3 times and the first 2 two times were awesome! But recently, I got a massage from Brandon and honestly it sucked. I had to repeat myself 3 times to go easy on the pressure. Overall I felt like he wasn’t listening to me and I did not feel relaxed at all :(

Tara is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Her understanding of the body and how to help it heal is amazing. I work in the IT field, and the repetitive nature using a mouse and keyboard along with the everyday stress really bent me out of shape. I'm glad I found Tara to help put me back together!

Their vargo website is so slow. At first I thought it was my internet but upon using a different search engine, it was still very slow. It drop of numerous times when I attempted to make an appointment. When I called the office, their appointment times didn't match up with the online times. Talk about confusing. So, I deleted my account. My suggestion, use a different company for your website that is my reliable and better appointment setup.

I have gotten 2 massages so far here from two different massage therapists and while both had very different styles, they were both great! I think I finally found my massage home here in Denver! I love the quality and affordability and am trying to spread the word!

I've been here twice now. Both visits were with Lyndsey. I became a member this time since the prices are so good and the massage is equally great. Lyndsey listens to what you need and works on giving those areas extra attention. The last thing I want to do during my massage is talk - Lyndsey gets that. The room is comfortable and inviting with erfect lighting, temperature, and music. I'm a fan and will be a regular here.

I gotta add something else to go along with my two reviews below. Honestly people, Tara has a gift for massage therapy. And the fact that she is able to do what she does is astonishing. Not to mention that she is the best at what she does. Experiencing it is believing it. ________________________________ This is in addition to my original review which is posted below. I’ve had three surgeries on my shoulder for a rotator cuff injury I suffered in a motorcycle accident. Tara has tirelessly worked on fixing my shoulder. My last session was scheduled for 2 hours, but she ended up working on me for almost 6 hours! She tried several different techniques to free up my frozen shoulder. Tara is very gifted and is very passionate about helping people regain their health and relieve their pain. She was very successful in relieving my pain. Yesterday, because of Tara’s recommendation I saw a shoulder specialist who took x-rays of my shoulder. The doctor was shocked that I was able to function as well as I do because he determined that I need a shoulder replacement. There is bone on bone contact in my shoulder joint along with other bone growth that shouldn’t normally be there. Here is the key point. As bad as my shoulder is, Tara relieved my pain. And she was successful in helping me regain some range of motion. If she can relieve my pain, she will be able to help you, especially if you don’t need to have joint replacement. Now, thanks to Tara, I am going to get the help I need. I’m going to get the shoulder replacement and Tara is going to help me with my recovery. Thank you Tara and I look forward to seeing you soon! —————————————————- I’d like to keep this short but I want to do Tara justice. I’ve seen Tara three times now. The first was for a medium pressure body massage and it was excellent. During the session she noticed my shoulder. I’ve had three surgeries on my rotator cuff and she suggested that I let her work on me using medical massage and she made a strong case for why I should do it. I was very impressed with her knowledge of anatomy and how the body works. She felt my hands and knew that I was beginning to get arthritis. Something I didn’t even know. I spent some time thinking about her treating my shoulder with her medical massage technique. I decided to do it. I spent two hours with her and I had immediate relief and more range of motion which is something I didn’t get much of through physical therapy. During the two hours, we engaged in conversation and I was taken aback by her intellect. She’s extremely intelligent. She really and truly cares about people. She wants to help people and make their lives better. She’s really much more than a massage therapist. Her knowledge goes far beyond that. She’s very gifted in what she does, but as good as she is, she is an even better person. She’s very kind and compassionate and a delight to talk with. Please be kind to her and give her the appreciation and respect she deserves. You will not regret giving her a chance to prove her skills with you. Tara is a treasure and it is a true honor to know her.

I started going to Tara back in November. I had a lot of issues from years of doing a lot of physical activity, but neglecting my recovery. Tara was attentive and really took her time to help me with my problems. I never felt that she was in a rush to get me out. I began noticing benefits and after a few sessions I began gradually increasing my activity levels- first at the gym and subsequently returning to training at BJJ. I have made an effort to maintain the improvements that Tara and I made together with great success. She has truly made an important difference in my life and is (hands down) the best massage therapist with whom I have worked over the years. I will definitely continue seeing her for as long as I am in Denver!
