It’s cheaper but they don’t have the professional personnel anymore. The old lady that takes care of you is not worth the trouble. And don’t dare to complain about it because she will make a drama about it!!! It’s like they say. You get what you pay for. 👎👎👎

Run!!! Warning, do not get any filler procedures from this doctor. I ended up looking disfigured and had to go elsewhere to have the filler dissolved.

I received same amount of Botox as usual. Within 2 months everything was moving like normal. I called to ask what could be done and they said I’m not the first one to complain because Covid has caused problems and that I could come in and pay again to get Botox but they would not give any discount. Also this could happen again. I have gotten the same amount of Botox for 3-4 years now. I called another spa and they said in two months if I had issues they would redo it for free and they have not heard anything about Covid causing issues. Will not be going back here!!!!

Love this place. Have been in and out for several years now. Dr Hutcheson is great, takes her time to listen to you, evaluate, and give you the best plan. Great staff and very professional. They also run very good specials!

Rushed in and out! Terribly heavy forehead and G. Paid for eyes and she didn't do them. Dr. was leaving for vacay. Brittany asked me for a tip. After 500.00 for 5 min. I've been fair and given it time. Not a place I'd trust again.

Very unhappy! They lied to me about the outcome and that I would notice a difference in a week. Absolutely no difference! I think most of the product that was supposed to go on my face ended up on the floor cause she did knock over the tray twice. Wasted 200. And she wanted me to go up there to talk to her, and I did. But she just went on saying that I signed saying everyone is different and every outcome is different. But that's not at all what we had talked about before I got the treatment. She did assure me that I would be happy and notice.

Excellent service by Elizabeth Hutcheson,MD! Her bedside manner is impeccable & would definitely recommend her & her staff to anyone that may be on the fence about a procedure. She was able to break it down for me & has an eye for the results you are looking for.

I've had terrible acne scars since I was 13 and I'm having my face resurfaced here and even after one treatment it's amazing. So I'm about 27 now and I'm just trying to look my age I'm not trying to look older and Faith was my esthetician and she was amazing we talked the whole time and laughed and it was great she was so nice and sweet and she got me through the whole process in the same day even though I didn't have it scheduled dr. Elizabeth Hutchinson was able to give me some some BOTOX for my eyes and I've got nothing but positive feedback and this is my first time getting Botox and I can't wait to go back to you in a few days honestly I'm going to get my forehead done I think to it was amazing and I can't wait for my next series of treatments for my laser resurfacing so I just feel like it's totally changed my confidence and and my whole life. If you're trying to figure out where to go then just go here!

I recently had a hydrofacial with Taylor at Aesthetica! (I had no idea what to expect). Taylor was so sweet to explain everything and make me feel completely at ease. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and so caring. I am very pleased with the experience!

Do not know what that reviewer is trying to say. I have been an Aesthetica client for years and have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. Never crowded, and the front office staff is always attentive and knowledgeable. As for their treatments, all their staff are constantly attending continuing education classes in order to offer their clients the best procedures. I, for one, fully trust them with everything and never hesitate to fully recommend them.

I absolutely 100% recommend Aesthetica Medical Spa. I have been going her for the past 4 years and couldn't recommend a better place. Dawn Vaughn has completely change my skin. I use to have really bad acne scare pits in my face and now they are almost all gone and barely noticeable. Twyla VanMeter has done all of my permanent cosmetic tattooing eye brows, eyeliner and lips. I love all of it!!! They are all so very sweet there and welcoming not a rude face in the bunch. Lets not for get my girl Taylor!!! She is always a happy girl greeting you with a smile.... all in all Aesthetica Medical Spa is the best place in town to get all your cosmetic needs in one convenient place. LOVE you all
