I don't understand how or why this lady is still in business and the only reason I gave her a 1 star is because you can't leave a negative 0 star. I advise to LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE for your spa needs. It's been a few years since I've been here and vowed NEVER to come back. I was just curious to see if she had improved since then but according to you all, she has not. To ALL complaints and concerns on here, I attest that they all are very true! I had same experiences and actually lost $450 and tried to report her to the BBB but they tried to make me go through hoops just to put in a claim, and I told them all they had to do was look at the reviews which was way more than enough to get a claim started but they wouldn't just go by that and me being the impatient person I am, just let it go but she needs to be STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. As for the $450, I figured if she needed to steal my money that badly, because that's exactly what she did, then she must need it more than me. I could have taken her to small claims court but it would have given me greater satisfaction to see her business fail because you don't claim to own a business and yet treat your customers like they are beneath you. She doesn't care about the customers AT ALL. Just tricking you into lining her pockets without putting in the work to earn your money. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a massage on Groupon. I tried calling to make an appointment for nearly a month straight and my call was never answered. And I couldn’t leave a voicemail because their voicemail box was ALWAYS full! I notified Groupon MULTIPLE times, asking for a refund as I could never get in touch with this merchant. Giant headache! Groupon wanted me to provide proof of my phone call attempts, which of course I hadn’t saved them never thinking this would be a problem. I did eventually get a refund but boy, it was not easy! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING A GROUPON from this so called “business”. Pure fraud.

Owner needs attitude adjustment. Hard to believe this business will grow with the way she treated me. Waste of my time and effort. Look elsewhere where you at least have a chance of your business being appreciated!

Every time I try to come here for service, I run into a problem. Last year I purchased a massage through Groupon . The problem I ran into when me and my mother was ready to book the number on the facebook page and the door no one ever answers. But one day someone text me from another number saying that the business was close on Monday which is fine , the person had great customer service but once I stated that I would like to book for a massage she then told me that there wouldn’t be anyone there to fulfill my request, and no one could until January , well at that time it was October. Fast forward to January I text the number and the person told me that the owner had death in the family which I totally understand because I too had death in the family that same week. The problem is I keep reaching out trying to get a service and it’s not happening and to make matters worse it’s not like I can get my money back from Groupon . I will not be booking anymore services here ever again due to the lack of communication and the fact that my Groupon ticket can not be used and she said I can use it towards a service when it’s not my fault she didn’t have anyone to do the service. I feel if you know you that you don’t have anyone to give the service then DONT PUT IT ON GROPON .

Let me first start by saying the spa itself is very nice and calming. You are greeted in a very warm and caring manner and that in itself put me at ease. The services that I had (massage and hydro facial) were top notch and rivals any spa that I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to them all across the country. I can feel a difference after using the private label body cream from anti esthetics aging center as opposed to what I was normally using and I will be ordering more from Tarcia once I am out of my original order. It’s thick and refreshing and so good for your skin. The private label body scrub works equally as well and I enjoy it. I would highly recommend this spa and I will definitely be returning when I am in town again. Thanks again Tarcia! You’re the best.

My mom booked an appointment for me before my wedding last Sunday The owner or lady in front had a terrible attitude and not complete my services requested ; I’m not sure if it is because we had bought the services off Groupon But she was absolutely unprofessional!! She kept trying to upsell me on her products after I have informed her that my mother had paid for the services for me I don’t even want the additional service that was paid for…. Oh if you need to reschedule on services you’ve already paid for it is $45 additional

Terrible customer service. I called for 4 days straight to book a massage. No one ever answered the phone so I had to physically drive to them to try to make an appointment. The lady who greeted me had a terrible attitude and acted as if she had no clue what I was talking about. I will tell all my friends and family to go else where!

I found this place on Groupon. She did micro needling once but didn’t do anything for me. Wanted try again but she’s never showed up for appointment. Never answer the phone, mailbox is full so can’t even leave the message. Very disappointed. This is not the way to do business.

The owner is very rude, won’t answer the phone nor return phone calls. She replies via text, what type of business do that? Then she text me & say I can’t use another Groupon because I used one in April & this is Sep. I ask if I can use the coupon that she personally gave me & she doesn’t reply at all. Horrible customer service, that’s prob why she can’t keep massage therapist.

Do not buy ! I bought for my mom and scheduled appt for my mom, they canceled that morning, and I cannot reach them ever since. multiple calls, left msgs and texted them. no response.

Find some where that appreciates the money you spend with their company! I like to give places the benefit of the doubt so I didn’t post after the first encounter I had here. You are never greeted warmly when you enter and you seem to be bothering the front desk for her to have to unlock the door and ask what you’re here for. I’ve gone for two massages and each were ok and way over priced for a 60 min massage and the quality of the massage. This last time I was told the price would be $75 and when I received my receipt via email I was charged $95. Also you’re not allowed to give the tips directly to your masseuse so I’m unsure if she actually ever receives them.

I haven’t actually been here or used their services. I was just reading the owner’s responses to bad reviews and thought I’d give her one more. Keep making an @ss of yourself. I really am looking for a spa, but I would never ever choose this one! You need to work on your people skills.

🚫RUDE! 🚫DIDN’T PROVIDE CORRECT MASSAGE 🚫FORCED TO TIP BEFORE RECEIVING SERVICE! 👉My wife had purchased a 90-min hot stone massage from Groupon for me as a birthday gift and was excited to receive my first massage. Upon arrival I the lady at the cash register acted as though I was bothering her. I told her that I had booked the appointment on Groupon and she gave me paperwork to fill out and immediately asked me what my tip was I going to pay. I asked if I pay that up front and she said yes it's customary. So I tipped an additional $10 for a service I hadn't even received. The masseuse came out and took me into the side room which she very nice 60-min regular massage. I didn’t know what my wife had purchased for me and when I told her it was a 60-minute regular massage she was upset about it. I told her the overall experience wasn’t good and I didn’t feel like arguing with the rude lady at the front desk. I found out she is supposedly the owner from other reviews.... seriously? NEVER AGAIN!

I brought my grandma here because she received a groupon for her birthday. She did not enjoy her massage. And the insistence on the exact amount of how much she should tip was plain rude. I never brought her back.

I’ve been going here for about a year now and my skin has transformed so much. My skin is clear and I now go once (sometimes twice) a month to make sure my skin stays healthy. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking to transform their skin to looking and feeling healthy. The visit is always pleasant and relaxing.

Originally scheduled via Groupon. Excellent experience. First session was amazing! Booked an immediate second session again amazing. Decided to make this a monthly treat for myself. Third session day before I’m called to reschedule the therapist won’t be available. That’s fine life happens. Moved appointment two months out for my birthday 🥳 day before I receive a text you need to reschedule. Called office no answer and website reads closed on Monday. No call from location on morning of my appointment. I call to request refund as timing isn’t working to meet work demand home life and saloons availability. I’m told it’s none refundable even tho two cancellations back up back are faults of salon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Tarcia does an amazing job with my skin! She is very knowledgeable about the latest developements in anti-aging skin care and I greatly appreciate her sharing this knowledge with me. I am currently doing a series of hydrafacials, I must say I have had many hydrafacials at several local spas and I can honestly say Tarcia is the best!! I highly recommend Aesthetic Anti-Aging!

UPDATED 7.27.21 We were able to get scheduled!!! Looking forward to it. 7.19.21 I ordered through Groupon April 15th and have been trying to get the appointment scheduled. Sporadically receive responses of being closed but will contact me when open to schedule...3 months later, nothing.

this lady told me my appt was 1145 and changed without telling me, asked for my voucher over the phone marked redeem before rendering service, never render service, cursed me out and refuse to refund or answer phone.please STAY AWAY. DONT FALL FOR THE FAKE GOOGLE REVIEW

Enjoyed my visit today so much! Tarcia was super knowledgeable and helpful.. she explained the products, the process, and a game plan for my skin needs. Very kind and professional! I read quite a few negative reviews on here, but decided to give it a try anyways (based on the majority of positive reviews).. so glad that I did! For the record...I experienced NONE of the issues that people referenced. I’m already scheduling my next visit!

I brought my daughter here for a facial due to acne breakout. We live over an hour away. I was grateful for the Groupon since this was going to be our first try here. I called to schedule an appointment. Although I didn’t get an answer, I left a message and I received a quick call back to schedule the appointment. The business is calm and relaxing. Tarcia was knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of our questions and took a lot of time with my daughter. It was more than what we ever expected. We left with another appointment on the books and one happy and excited 12 year old.

I have been calling this place for a week and nobody has answered and their mailbox is full. That is ridiculous! I am going to be passing through the city and was going to purchase the Groupon but it says you need to make an appointment. Can't make an appointment with a business that never answers the phone or checks their messages. Ridiculous!!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE. Never answers phone, texts, and voicemail box is full. Terrible service once shown up for my appointment. RUDE owner. Had my appointment confirmed just to go and be told that I had no appointment and I even showed messages to prove it! Such a horrible business and rude staff. The owner even went out of her way to scream over the phone and then hang up in our face. I do not recommend!!

When you walk in you instantly feel warm and cozy inside! The space is so nice and inviting! My massage was extremely relaxing and jade is wonderful!
