Love this place and I am going to go once a week for the Endermologie treatments. Help you get ride of that stubborn fat and say good by to cellulite. Very relaxing better then a massage. The benefits are great. The owner is super nice. Excited I found this place to treat myself.♥️♥️♥️

I’m doing 6 sessions of laser hair removal with Sofia! She’s amazing and such a professional. She’s very knowledgable and answered all the questions I had. Best prices I’ve ever seen for last hair removal anywhere! Definitely would recommended you using her services!

Sophia was nice. She stated she had been doing sugaring hair removal for a long time. I only had used this service once before but at a different business. My first experience was phenomenal. Very little pain and quick ...15 minutes. At Advanced Wellness Spa I was disappointed that once I got home there was still noticeable hair in several areas. It was painful enough to make my eyes water and lasted over 45 minutes. She applied the sugar and pulled it off several times in the same area of my face. I gave her a 2 rating because she was nice.

Great place I’ve been going there for a few years Sofia gives the best relaxing and soothing massage around and the sugaring hair removal is Great almost painless I highly recommend her if you’re looking to pamper yourself or just relax for a couple hours you won’t be disappointed Keep up the great work

Massage was decent but a little pricey...$50 for 30 mins...charged $10 for 1/16 of a teaspoon of Hemp sauve for "pain"...never again.

Received a very nice surprise gift of services here from my boyfriend for a birthday gift Sofia was excellent!! It was a very nice experience! Great atmosphere, great services. She was funny and great with conversation It smelled amazing in the shop, and her table was extremely comfortable And she gave me a very quick, very nice, complimentary mini mani(MY VERY FIRST ONE!!!) thanks so much!!

Sophia was professional and kind. Her experience and talent were obvious in the 45 min massage. She listened to my request to focus on the neck/upper back and made me feel so comfortable. Would absolutely recommend for massage and I will be going back.

Very clean and professional. I had a pedicure and a facial. The owner was very caring and made it a wonderful experience. She had a great eye for detail and I left feeling fantastic. I will definitely be back and recommend it to everybody.

Today I had the most amazing pedicure of my life! The owner, Sofia, is caring and extremely passionate about her work. She enjoys what she does and you can tell from the quality of work that she does. It was very relaxing and I left feeling pampered and happy. I will be coming back!

I found Sofia's add online for couples massages. I booked an appointment with her and she was very flexible with her schedule and super nice over the phone! Sofia massaged me and her assistant massaged my fiancee. Honestly the massage from Sofia was very relaxing. It wasn't like a deep tissue or anything like that just light rubbing with oils. I fell asleep a few times. The room was small and the 2 women massaging kept tripping or bumping into things, but it was relaxing. I assume it isn't meant for couples. Sofia was nice. She did answer her phone a lot which we both thought was unprofessional. As soon as the ladies left the room my fiancee told me the women who massged him didn't do his hands feet face or head and she also didn't do much with the warm towels. Sofia rubbed my entire body with 2 warm towels. He told me she kept stopping and she hardly rubbed the parts she actually rubbed. When I emailed sofia about the dissatisfaction and what I saw as a typo in our emails about price she told.me I was a bad tipper and her assistant was sick but they didn't want to cancel. While.we were there she was booking later appts for her assistant. All in all Sofia was very friendly and her light massage was nice but she was mean to me after and made me feel bad. We won't be going back.

My husband and I got a GC for a couples massage for this Spa. When my husband booked the appointment the women was very friendly but sketchy. She wouldn't respond to her own name at first? She asked if we'd be grtting a 60 minute or 80 minute massage, he told her 80 minutes. When we got to the appointment, she made us wait in the front room while she stood near her pedicure station on the phone. She then served us warm water from her bubbler and showed us to a very small massage room. She told us she'd be back soon. She gave us no instructions on what to do. 18 minutes later she came into the room with another women. She asked if we were getting the longer massage, which we already over the phone said yes so my husband told her "whatever we discussed" The massage I got was OK. It was not what I assumed at all but it wasn't terrible. My husband was so upset about his massage. He said the women barely rubbed him. She kept stopping and he watched her more then a few times standing still fanning herself off? She did not massage his legs feet hands face or head. She also didn't use any type of lotion or oil which he said made it very uncomfortable. There was no music and one of them women kept answering her phone and talking very loud. All the waiting combine we used up more then 30 minutes of our massage time...she still charged us as if she was massaging for 80 minutes and told my husband the charge was different then what she said on the phone. It was terrible. We since went to Massage Envy and there we rexieved real massages by real professional people. We will never return and have made sure to tell everyone we know this place is a joke.

Recently moved to the Grandville, Michigan area and was in need of spa services during the peak holiday season. I was doing a random search and hoping for a break. Spoke with the owner of VIP and was given a same day appointment. Sofie, the owner, personally did my Mani-Pedi. EXCELLENT! I have to say whenever I need various services I look for skilled, professionals. I got a break. Sofie knows her craft, is very professional AND accommodating. The absolute best technician I've experienced in years. I'm excited to try all the treatments she and her stsff offer. I love her holistic approach and am convinced I've found the perfect one-stop maintenance Spa. Thank you for being here for me VIP!

Sofia is a wonderful lady that is passionate about her career. She gave 100% to pampering me and it was appreciated. She actually displays her degree and certification unlike other spas I have been too. I will go back to try the massage and maybe the laser hair removal.

Things started off well, then went terribly wrong.The best pedicure I've ever had, and she made me feel special. The only problem was because she left the wax on too long my under my eyebrows and when the cloth was pulled I was skinned, as in raw and bleeding over my left eye. I went back to show them what happened the next day. I got a "sorry". So family pictures will have to be put off for a few weeks. I won't be returning. And now over a week later , I have a scar. I couldn't be more disgusted. All I wanted were pretty toes and nice eyebrows.
