I've been happy with everything except the timeliness of appointments. This is the second time I've arrived on time for an appointment and had to wait over 10-15min to be seen.

This place is amazing. Jessica (the owner) and everyone else working here is kind, experienced and professional. The office is clean and beautiful. Every treatment has been fantastic! I love coming here!

Absolute Gem in Gainesville! I receive all my hair removal needs here, and couldn’t be happier! All the staff are professional, and very knowledgeable. The space is always incredibly clean, and I always feel safe and well cared for here. You won’t be disappointed!

This place is amazing. Jessica is very caring and understanding of her patients. She really listens to their concerns and wishes. They are very friendly and welcoming. The prices are wonderful and they work with their patients with what they need and what they can afford. I would recommend this place to everyone.
